Construction of subgrade and earthern shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads , transporting to site , spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification clause 303.1

Construction of granular sub base by providing closed graded material , mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC , carriage of mixed material to work site , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density , complete as per Cl.401 (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Water Bound Macadam : Providing , laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and broming requisite type of screening /binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates , watering and compacting to the required density.(with an initial lead of 5 km).By manual means , WBM , Grading-III

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom .(including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

(Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.0to4.5% by weightof total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to worksite,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd.grade,lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&Hcl.no.507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 and consisting of profile marking , zebra line marking and rain line marking or as directed by department.The finished surface to be level , unifor and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MORTH's specification

Providing reflective pavement marker with a provision of spike at the bottom with Micro Prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoRT&H fixed to the road surface using the adhesive and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Construction of RCC Load Bearing Drain : Excavation for structures(Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification , including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottomj and backfilling with approved materials.

Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation , loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil , which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.

Dry Rubble Flooring : Construction of dry rubble flooring at cross drainage works for relatively less important works.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802,803.

Supplying , fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification Raft Bottom bar in base 12 mm @ 150 c/c , Raft Top 12 mm @ 150 c/c , Distribution at base 8 mm @ 150 c/c , wall vertical 12 mm @ 150 c/c , Distri at wall 8 mm @ 150 c/c , slab top & bottom 12 mm @ 125 c/c , Distribution at slab 8 mm @150 c/c

Plain/reinforced cement concrete , in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork Raft , wall , slab.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe , extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 V:20 H towards drain face.Complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Back filling behind abutment , wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification(B) sandy materials.
