23.12 Dismantling all types of corrugated/trapezoidal sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the materials as directed by the Depth. For all levels.

1.3 Earth/Sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. (c) With river sand or silt (Predominantly non plastic) by truck carriage including loading and unloading.

4.1.1 Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. a) Brick flat soling.

5.1.8 Providing and laying 65mm thick C.C. floor with metalic concrete hardener topping under layer of 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (C cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 coarse aggregate of 20 mm and down) and top layer of 15mm thick of metallic cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 ( 1 cement hardener mix : 2 stone aggregate 6 mm and down) by volume with which metallic hardening compound of approved quality is mixed in the ratio of 4:1 (4 parts of cement : 1 part of metallic floor hardening compound of approved quality by weight)including finishing with curing complete as directed.

5.4.3 Supplying, fitting and fixing 38mm thick (finished size) wooden flooring with sal wood plank butt jointed, fitted on sal wood joist of size 100mm X 125mm spaced not more than 900mm apart fitted with 16mm dia bolt and nuts with iron clamp of 50mm X 5mm size inserting in the cement concrete floor base (floor baseto be measuredand paid separately) including providing 25mm thick damp proof course with water proofing compound as recomended by the manufacture ove C.C. floor base including providing kiricide oiling two coats to the timber joists, underside of the flooring planks, two coats of anti-corrosive paint to the iron works, including providing ventilation gaps for the timber works of specified size (75mm X 75mm) covered with welded mesh fabrics at the face of the gap including dressing, leveling, finishing complete as specified and directed by the edpartment at all levels (measurement shall be taken at the finished area of the works).

6.2.2 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level including arises, internal roundred angels, not execeeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (B) On fair side (a) In cement mortar 1.3

13.2 Providing plinth protection with bricks flat laid in cement mortar 1:4 and finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in prop 1:2 with floating coat of neat cement finish.

8.1.1 Providing corrugated galvenised iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvenised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen washer 25mm dia X 3mm thick and 1.6mm thick limpet washer complete excluding cost of roof truss purlin etc. (Roof trusses and ourlin etc. to be measured and paid separately). (d) 0.60mm thick.

8.1.2 Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE/SAIL including supplying and fixing necessary galvd screws/ washers etc. complete as directed (b) 0.60mm thick (ii) 230mm lapping.

9.3.1 Providing wood work in frame of flase celling partitions etc. sawn, wrought, framed hoisted and fixed in position with spikes, nails M.S. flate angle/cleats with bolt and nuts complete including kiricide oiling two coats to unexposed surfaces of the timber (M.S flats, angle cleats, and bolt and nuts required for flat, angle cleats wherever necessary shall be measured and paid separately) (b) With Gamari/Bonsum/Sundi

9.4.1 Providing barge board of size 200mm X 20mm with 1st class local Hollock/Bonsum timber including fitting and fixing with necessary wood screws etc. complete.

7.9.4 Providing 10mm thick plaster of paris (Gypsum, Anhydrous) ceiling up to a height of 5m above floor level over 1st class Hollock/Bonsum/Sundi wood strips 25mm X 6mm with 10 gap in between with rabit wire mesh fixed to wooden frame (frame work to be measured and paid separately). 19.4 Providing drain with cement concreat (1:3:6) 10cm thick sides 10cm thick bed over brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. (i) 300mm wide and average 150mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with depth of 100mm.

5.1.10 Cement plaster skirting with cement morter in prop 1:3( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor. (a) 15 mm thick.

13.7.1 Synthetic enamel paint/bituminous paint on steel and other metal surfaces. (I) Removing old paint from steel and other metal surface and making the surface even. (a) With hand scraping.

13.7.4 Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac paint) to give an even shade including clearing the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. (i) Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. (b) High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ICI paint/ J& N paint/Nerolac).

13.4.7 Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from morter dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

13.7.3(a) Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. (a) With ready mixed "red-lead/red oxide" primer.

13.7.4 Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac paint) to give an even shade including clearing the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. (ii) Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. (b) High gloss (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/ J&N paint/Nerolac).

1.5 Earth work in excavation in slushy/marshy soil, decomposed organic matter mixed with brickbats, broken glass panes, broken earthen pots etc. removal of stumps and other deleterious matter in the proposed building site including constant water pumping for bailing out water as directed including return filling and ramming after completion of work with good quality earth (measurement will be on the basis of profile or section measurement).

1.4 Raising low site around the building with approved soil obtained from outside by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including paying necessary land compensation, Municipal gate fees, if any monopoly duty etc. (profile measurement to be taken and 12.5% deduction for shrinkage to be made from total quantity) etc. complete as directed and specified.
