Repairs of 3 H.P Motor of Chiller Plant, replacement of damaged fuse and interconnecting of 500 KVA D.G set with Oxygen Plant at Govt. Lalla Ded Hospital, Srinagar.

Complete rewinding of the motor of capacity 3H.P/2.2 kw, 3 phase 50 hz, 2330 RPM pertaining to chiller plant by way of replacing damaged copper wiring of suitable gauge copper wiring as per existing pitch of modular OT. The job includes p/f of lathoroid sheets, bamboo sticks, varnishing compound and other consumable items required for carrying out such job. The job also includes disconnecting of the motor from the foundation and shifting it to the workshop by mechanical transport for rewinding and after carrying the necessary repairs and shifting it back to the site and installing the same. The job also includes the checking the performanceof the same on full load and idle load(the firm has to quote less by scrap value of the damaged copper wiring). The job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job

Providing and fitting of 3 pole single phase preventer of any reputed make. The item should confirm to IS/IEC 60947-4-1. The job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the job.

Providing and fitting of 630 Amp HRC fuse along with base for AMF panel.the item shall Conforms to IEC 60269-2, IS 13703 part 2. the job includes providing of skilled labour, tools and tackles to complete the whole job.

Laying and connecting of 240 sqmm 3.5 core armoured aluminium conductor from 500 kva D.G set to oxygen plant for backup purpose. The job includes fitting of aluminium conductor with main panel of oxygen plant(1000 LPM) (1 st floor) to 500 KVA DG set changeover, the job includes laying of cable through already existing erected cable trays and in a proper manner. It includes providing and fitting of aluminium thimbles(long barrel) (for phases (6 no) and for neutral (2 no)), nuts and bolts etc. The firm shall provide crimpping tool and any other consumable item which will be required at site. The 240 sqmm 3.5 core aluminium conductor shall be provided by the department.
