Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc.including dismembering and stacking within 50 meters lead.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including cost and carriage of material at site complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Welded

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Supply, installation, tensioning, and commissioning of Flexible Wire Rope Safety Barrier (4-Cable System) comprising 19 mm diameter high-tensile galvanized steel wire ropes, line posts, end terminals, anchor assemblies, tensioning devices, spacers, fasteners, fittings, and all other accessories complete, conforming to MoRTH Specifications and IRC:119-2015, including excavation, concreting for anchor blocks wherever required, testing, and commissioning, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Providing and fixing outdoor waterproof LED dot lights/pixel lights of approved make and wattage on bridge railing/posts including drilling/cutting, SS housing, brackets ,drivers/controllers, power supply units ,wiring/cabling, connectors, junction boxes, PVC/GI conduit,clamps,fasteners and all other allied accessories complete in all respects including making necessary electrical connections and satisfactory operations,as per directions of EIC at site complete.

Providing and fixing 100 mm wide pre-laminated PVC panelling of approved make, 6 mm thick, on posts/columns including necessary framework, nails, screws, adhesives and all fixing accessories complete. The panelling shall be installed in approved patterns/designs as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including cutting, fitting, finishing and making good the surface complete in all respects. The rate shall include all carriage, loading/unloading, required for completion of the work.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete On steel work
