Demolition of plain cement concrete of sub base, mass concrete etc like work in any position not exceeding 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base, plinth protection, mass concrete, Pavings, hardstanding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, mass concrete , pavings, hard standing etc, laid in pannel, finished fair & even including filling the joints with sand mixed with bitumen in 1:1 ratio wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand over and including 25mm (avg) thick sand cushing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Aluminium wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, cut to required size and fixed to wooden doors / windows shutter with wooden beading (any size) and fixed aluminium window / vent with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 25mm thick machine pressed prepolished precast plain cement concrete, coloured chequered tiles of any size (Colour, size and pattern shall be approved by GE) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Note: Make Duracrete/ Vitco/ super/ Rustica/ Ringlets/ Radio/ Icon or equivalent of Eurocon/ Ultra tiles.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concerete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast RCC slabs 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) such as manhole cover and similar articles with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Systematicaly cleaning and desilting of pipe sewers upto 150mm dia including man holes and gully trap of any size and depth by passing knots , bambboo, kamti and disc of required size / mechanically using suction machine , pumping out liquid waste / sewage , plugging diverting the flow in the drain , if necessary and stacking the removed silt / sludge in deposits as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safty belts , dry cells , torch for lighting in side the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt / sludge removed to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 51 above but dia exc 150mm.

Cleaning existing drainage / culverts / manholes up to 1.50m depth including removing cover slabs , soils , spoils , vegetation , silt etc and refixing cover slabs including making good in cement mortar 1: 6 and removing material outside the MD land exc. 5 Km but n. exc 10 Km complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto as above item No 53 but exc.1.50m and n.exc. 3.00m depth.

Cleaning the blockage in floor trap, Nahani trap, Gully trap, WC "P" trap or "S" trap and refixing the same after cleaning the pipes making good damaged cement joints , dia of pipe n. exc 150 mm upto 4th floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
