Disconnecting & taking out to Submersible Pump/Motor of various Capacities and lifting from bore hole of Pump Houses and Transporting to nearest Workshop for repairing including returning back after repairing and Re-instaltion & lowering in Original Position and Re-connection in water supply installation and Testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : Cost of repairs will be measured & paid separetely under respective item, here-in-after.

Dismantling to submersible Pump 15/ 25HP for repair & replace-ment of unserviceable spare-parts including necessary cutting, grinding, drilling, machine work for fixing of spares and re-assembling the Same and Tested in work shop, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Defective spare parts (except bronze bushes) shall be measured & paid seprately under respective item of this shedule as supply only. But Fixing charges (Labour element ) shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item without any extra cost.

M&L cleaning of RCC overhead reservoir of capacity 100000 gallons through Mechanical tank cleaning process by involving the following six(6) stages of cleaning process and as directed by Engr-in-charge:- Location - NCC, GRD, APS a) De-watering by high pressure submersible pump all complete b) Total removal of sludges by suction pumps all complete. c) Cleaning of walls,ceiling and floor by high pressure jet of 80-180 bar pressure all complete d) Removal of addl. sludge by industrial vacuum pump all complete. e) Antibacterial treatment of inside of tank to make it complete bacteria free and all complete. f) Treated with ultra violet radiatior to make it complete bacteria free all complete. Note:- (1) The entire work should be carried out by 6-Stage tank cleaning process by any franchises or M/S TANK CLEANING(Pvt) Ltd or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology. (2) Entire T&P should be arranged by the contractor at their own.Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at stipulated rate. (3) (a) Date of cleaning ,(b) Capacity of tank should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100 mm height.Cost of the same is deemed inclusive in the quoted unit rate of cleaning of tank.

(c) MS cover of thickness 4 mm double door type welded to angle of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm embedded in cement coping in PCC (1:2:4) tye B-0 wirh anchor fastner including locking arrangment complete with two coat of heighly corresive resistant apoxy point over one coat of red oxide primer.

Supply & fixing in repairs gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both side for GI pipe following sizesand taking out old one . (a) 15mm bore complete all as specified all and directed.

(b) 20mm bore complete all as specified all and directed.

(c) 25mm bore complete all as specified all and directed.

(d) 40mm bore complete all as specified all and directed.

M&L for repairing cast iron sluice valve flanged type of any make by dismantling the valve replacing the bolts nuts, washers, gaskets, spindle, wedgenut hand wheel set screw etc and reassembling and refixing the same in position including repairing the worn out galnd packing and testing conplete all as specified and directed for following bore:- (a) Sluice valve 80mm complete all as specified all and directed.

Upkeeping of MES installation with M&L for cleaning ,Cutting of Bushes ,removing of grass around installation to keep the installation clean and tidy complete all as dircted.

Cutting of Cast iron pipes of 150 mm bore in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc including diverting due to residual water in pipes complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Cutting of Cast iron pipes of 100 mm bore in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc including diverting due to residual water in pipes complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Cutting of Cast iron pipes of 80 mm bore in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc including diverting due to residual water in pipes complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for painting of pipeline of STP any size any type n exc. 60 cm girth on old painted surface complete all as specified and directed at site.

Servicing/Overhauling, Oiling and Greasing of Air blower of any capacity by Opening of all parts , suction air filter ,bush ,bearing , rotor ,drum , bearing of motor shaft ,Neck ring, coupling with studs between motor & air blower ,& all other parts and re-assemble the same after greasing , oiling all as directed by EIC. Note:- (i) Parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items (ii) Overhauling and servicing of Air blower should be carried out by Auth company or dealer which is specialist of above.

Material and Labour for taking out /dismantling of Air blower pump set of rating 3 phase 440 Volts supply of capacity upto 7.5 HP from STP plant, GRD and shifting the same to contractor's workshop for repair and re-installation/refixing the same at its original site and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Cutting out the existing winding of the motor of capacity upto 7.5 HP, opening of winding, re-winding of motor with same size of rewinding with super enamelled copper winding including tapping, varnishing, baking and furnishing with the insulating sleeve and making connection complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Repairing of pump by re-threading of worn out studs holes and supply and fixing over size studs with nut and washer complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Repairing of pump shaft by depositing metal on it by breazing, grinding and polishing to appropriate size of the shaft complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Supply only gun metal/stainless steel bush of pump shaft complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Supply only driven end bearing of blower shaft complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Supply only end bearing of blower shaft complete all as specified and directed.

Attend the day to day complaint of non functing part to Air Blower , Air Blower Motor ,non clog submersible Pump, motor of any size ,type ,capacity and all connected parts . ( Note : - ( i ) Parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items ) (ii) Complaint Should be attend immediately within two hrs & Rectified the same day at the earliest without effecting of service.

Attend the day to day sewage complaint related leakege , choke , replacement of any part , with cutting ,jointing and any other work of GI Pipe ,MS Pipe , PVC Pipe for any size ,type ,capacity and any location rectified the same all as directed by EIC. ( Note : - (i) Complaint Should be attend immediately within two hrs & Rectified the same day at the earliest without effecting of service .)

Material and labour for taking out the silt & foreign object , Cleaning & Removing sludge from course bar screen including all chamber of equilasation tank upto depth of 15 Mtr any capacity from ETP as per direction by EIC .

Material and labour for taking out the silt & foreign object ,Cleaning & Removing sludge from Fine bar screen ,Oil & Grease Chamber with water pressure, bleaching powder etc complete with all as specified & direction by EIC .

Material and labour for taking out the silt & foreign object ,Cleaning & Removing sludge from MBBR I & II Chamber with water pressure, bleaching powder etc complete with all as specified & direction by EIC .

Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from bathroom,EWC/IWC (any type), kitchen, WHB and urinals including connected Nahani traps / gully traps/floor traps, grating of trap, waste pipes, pipe in any length upto first manhole etc choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users,including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at a distance exceeding 50 metres from the building where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified andas directed . (a)Contractor must employ Minimum 2 Nos labourers daily, complete all as specified and as directed . (b)Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM except on Sunday/ National holidays in the office of Engineer-in-Charge/ Complaint cell to receive complaint slip and necessary directions. Complaints received through telephonic message from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge shall also be attended on the same day and the completion of work shall be reported by 05.00 PM of every working day to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (c ) In case of non attedence of complaints by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor due complete all as specified and as directed . (d) The cost for all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, bleaching powder etc and all other other materials for execution of the work shall be included in the unit rate complete all as specified and as directed . (e)A complaint register shall be maintained by JE and proper record of complaints received and attended with date and time shall be recorded and shall be signed daily by both the parties.
