Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr away to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete glossy cadbury chequered tile 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey pigment cement and pigments set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling stone slabs or tiles of any description or thickness in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 ( 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for interlocking complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade including 30mm thick sand cushioning under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sr item No 06 above but except tile and including old used sand cushioning taken from item No.4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of kerb stone for any description and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage open whereever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer on new or untreated plastered surfaces using brush for priming coat and 1st coat and 2nd/ final coat with Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
