Supply, install, test and commissioning of air cooled split units (1 working & 1 standby) for refrigeration capacity suitable for anti room, sorting /issue area of room temperature temperature range 12 to 14 Deg Centigrade for sorting /issue area of vegetable/fruit products storage suitable for daily loading /unloading with 02 nos condensor unit (01 No working and 01 No standby) fitted outside the building with suitable stand/standard bracket/platform and 02 Nos indoor (cooling coil) unit (01No working & 01 No standby) fitted inside the cool room with necessary clamps/brackets with proper drain tray including drain pipe upto outside all as per manufacturer specification suitable for designed temperature range 12 to 14 Deg Centigrade and laying of refrigerant pipes with necessary and necessary intial gas charging of environmental friendly refrigerant R-404/R-410 A or as manufacturer design including pre wired microprocessor based control panel with single phase preventer, overload relay, surge protection relay, inbuilt stabiliser and necessary cabling from main panel to new control panel and indoor unit to outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanlting old defective puff insulation, Supply, install, test and commissioning of 60 mm thick cyclopentane PUF insulation for wall & ceiling, with pre-painted stainless steel SS-304 inside with necessary supports including with levelling , necessary cement concrete, plastering wherever required for ensuring proper level surface,necessary aluminium flat strip of size 25x3 mm at joints, fittings self threaded bolts, screws etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismanlting old defective puff insulation, Supply, install, test and commissioning of 60 mm thick cyclopentane PUF insulation for floor, with pre-painted stainless steel SS-304 inside with necessary supports including necessary cement concrete for finishing the floor for ensuring proper levelling of floor, grouting of cold room & fixing of aluminium chequered plate of 1.2 mm thick in cold room floor area over 6 mm thick with marine plywood base support of suitable size to cool room fixing with necessary aluminium flat strip of size 25x3 mm at joints, fittings self threaded bolts, screws etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling old defective puff insulation door, Supply, install, test and commissioning of 60 mm thick cyclopentane PUF insulation door with pre-painted stainless steel inside and PP outside (PP/PP) including manual type swing door of thickness 60 mm, with 34 x 78 inches clear opening, swing door with accessories and anti condensation door heater, PAD Lock system, Posi seal closure, human safety release knob with normal opening with lock and key arrangement with necessary aluminium flat strip of size 25x3 mm at joints, fittings self threaded bolts, screws etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F as in repair of MCCB DB VTPN 4 way IP-43 made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail ,415 Volts with double door with MCCB incomer and MCB outgoing and fixing of cable with suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : MCCB will be measured separately under relevant items.

S&F MCB TPN 32 A, 10 KA, 415V, C curve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCCB 3 Pole, 415V, 63 - 100 Amps with repturing capacity 16KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable four run of 10 Sqmm single core (FRLS) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC casing capping of not less than 25mm width with casing capping accessories and two run of 10 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLS) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Four run of single core cable with two run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20 mm x 3 mm by means of bolts & nuts made out of brass and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, funnels, wire mesh and provided charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work complete shown in electrical plated No 3 and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge. NOTE : (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. (ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achive during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissable.
