Shifting of PAPI Units at Shirdi International Airport

Amount

Supply of 3 lamp PAPI unit Set (1 set of 4 PAPI Units) (including lamps) ready for installation suitable for 200W halogen lamp including all breakable couplings, legs, secondary lead, base plates and other all acessories etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of PAPI system (1 set of 4 PAPI Units) along with associated Transformer housing boxes,Cables secondary leads and checking stick base and all accessories safely and shifting to MADCL Store etc. as required.

Supply of 1 x 6 Sq. mm. Copper conductor PVC insulated , PVC sheathed single core unarmooured anti termite and anti rodent treated underground cables conifriming to IS 1554 as ammended upto date.

Supply & Making field connections by crimping 6 Sq mm plug and receptacle with the existing 6 sq mm single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with sealant materials, applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.(A set shall consist of one male and one female connector)

Supply of C.I. Transformer housing box water tight round type metal container of out side dia of 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick etc. complete as required. a) Double Entry

Supply of individual lamps series type isolating transformers encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded with neoprene rubber as specified in particular specifications of ratings 200W, 6.6A / 6.6A

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia. G.I. Wire in 15 mm. dia. G.I. Pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Installation of PAPI unit set 1 set of 4 PAPI Units) along with base plate i/c grouting of checking stick base plate with foundation bolts with 1:2:4 cement concrete, ground calibration, alignment with other PAPI units, installation of Isolating transformer, making connection with secondary lead including fixing & crimping of ESNA connector etc. as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including leveling and excavation of soil etc complete as as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade airfield of 1 X 6Sq.mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tierhorizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.
