Cleaning of RR masonry, stone pitched storm water drain /below culverts, Nullah etc. including removing silt, loose earth, shrubs, bushes, tree leaves, rag, stones, grass and other such materials, refixing the fallen stones in position for stone pitched drain, removing & refixing of cover if any etc. complete upto invert level of drains including disposing off the debris outside the colony etc. complete & maintaining the flow of water for the whole period of contract complete all.

Cleaning throughly the roof / terraces of buildings and staircase wells, water tank through including cleaning of spouts, P. H. shafts, canopy slabs, corridor rof slabs etc. of residential buildings and public buildings etc. including removal of all rubbish such as pieces of paper, leaves, stones, brick bats, dust particles, vegetation, moss and all sorts of deleterious matter, cleaning the G. I. rain water gratings of down take pipe including disposing of the debris outside the colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges only for carefully removal of all types of chokages as and when required at various floor levels from kitchen sinks, water closets, gully trap chambers, internal inspection chambers, drain pipes, in service shafts of residential and non-residential building including buildings having ground and stilt + 3 upper floors including cleaning the existing and waste, soil pipes 'P' traps and bottole traps and various sanitary fixtures by rodding or other suitable means wherever found necessary also including throughly removing the dirt sewage / grillage and miscellaneous rubbish in and around the inspection gully trpa 'P' trap chambers and disposing off the same away from buildings within a lead of 50 M or to the directed place including washing the floor areas in service shaft with phenyle etc. cmplete all as directed by the Engineer in charge. Location: Chembur, Ghatkopar, & dispensaries at Chenbur, Ghatkopar, Andheri, Dombivali, Vashi, Kharghar Note : 1. The contractor will make own arrangement for opening and clsing of plugs or cleaning eyes for waste, soil pipes 'P' traps etc. at his own cost. 2. The chokage complaints shall be attended immediately by the contractor by arranging sufficient numbers of labour commensurate with the magnitude of work involved. The labour shall be made available daily for full day for six working days a week during the working houres of the maintenance unit. 3. The cement required for re-fixing the C.I. covers 'P' trap chambers will be supplied by contractor at his own cost. 4. The garbage / waste removed shall be disposed at designated place within 150 M distance stacking at site

Cleaning of all the surrounding areas of the building sweeping / brooming etc. collecting slush, silt and all unwanted same outside the colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.
