Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead or as direction of E.I.C.

Clearing and removal of unwanted vegetation, such as bushes, shrubs, and small trees, from a Tourism Development Office premises etc. completed

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Apply a coat of Damp Proof Compound (diluted with water in the ratio 2:1) as a self-priming coat at the rate 10 –11.00 sq.mt. /liter/coat in SSD condition. Apply 1st coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic New at the rate of 0.50 / litre / Sq.mt / Coat. Laying a 45 GSM glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat. While the 1st coat is still wet. Allow the first coat to dry for 4-6 hours. Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic New with the same application coverage. Application direction of second coat should be perpendicular to that of the first coat. Allow second coat to dry for 4-6 hours. Apply third coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic New at an application direction that is perpendicular to that of the second coat with same application coverage rate to achieve total dry film thickness of 750 to 800 microns at forced coverage at the rate of 1.50 – 1.60 litre / Sq.mt in 3 coats. Check to see no void surface is left untreated / uncoated. Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum. The material having following technical Specification ASTM D 6083 M – Type II, Attains a Tensile Strength of 2.5 N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 2370; Elongation at break ≥ 200% confirming ASTM D 2370, Adhesion to Concrete 2.0 N/mm2 confirming ASTM D 4541 and Crack bridging ability up to 2 mm, Air cure the coating for 7 days, before water pound test for 48 hrs. The system comes with 10 years waterproofing warranty from M/S Pidilite Industries or, equivalent make.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre - constructional antitermite treatment as per IS specification and creating a chemical barrier in bottom and sides of foundation trenches, top-surface of plinth filing junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building expansion joints surrounding the pipes and cables etc. complete using approved quality of chemical emulsion of requisite quantity prescribed by the manufacturer as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials and labour taxes etc. complete. (indemnity bond for warranty for 5 years to be furnished)

Wooden Panneling with Laminate:- Providing, fitting and fixing full height wooden paneling to walls and columns wherever necessary from floor lvl to ceiling ht as per drawing/design made out of 50.8mmx25.4mmx1.34mm thick Aluminium rectangular sections placed @ 600mm c/c both ways on grid, on top of grid 12mm Fire Retardant & Termite Proof WPC Board/Ply (conforming to IS code :5509) to be finished with 1mm thk Laminate of approved shade and colour finished with melamine polish as per design/drawing or as directed by the Architect/Engineer-in- Charge. The rate includes cost of cutouts for electrical switches, light fixtures, wall bracket fans if any, all complete with materials, labour, T&P, taxes etc. (Test certificate/report should be furnished prior to execution/after procurement of materials)

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5M height as per E.I.C.

Providing Fly Ash Brick masonry using fly ash bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix(1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar in foundation, plinth, basement and for ornamental flower beds, plinth moulding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Fly Ash Brick masonry using fly ash brick of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix(1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar in superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with portland slag cement (PSC) finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and ,es of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. with providing grooves as directed by the Engineer in charge.
