CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE SEPTIC TANK AND OTHER REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINE NETWORK UNDER AGE BR DETT-A NAUSHERA GARRISON OF GE 862 EWS

Cleaning/removing blockage of EWC, IWC, Gully Trap, includding P or S Traps of any description, by rodding, by pressure pumps of any description or by any other manchical equipments and later flushing with water at own arrangement in any positions or locations under Nowshera Garrison under AGE B/R Dett A area, complete all as sepcified and directed.

Cleaning/removing blockage of floor trap, nahni trap, wash basins, sinks etc. including waste pipe or waist coupling etc. by manually or mechanically and later flushing with water at own arrangement, complete all as sepcified and directed.

Cleaning/ removing blockage of sewer line (SGSW/RCC/ CI) of dia100/150/200mm etc.of any description or in any position by roding, by pressure pump of any type or by using any mechanical equipments, manually or by puncher of sewage line and repair the same if required including taking off and re-fixing manhole covers, complete all as sepcified and directed.

Cleaning/removing blockage of manholes of any size and depth in foul condition by manually or mechanically by roding or any other mechanical equipments till the entire satisfaction of Engr -in- Charge. All solid/semi solid sludge is to be deposited out side the defence land or depositing at own arrangement, including taking off and re-fixing manhole covers, complete all as sepcified and directed. Note: (i) No cost shall be borne by Govt Exchequer in r/o muncipality permission for depositing of sludge. (ii) For Item item 01 to 04, complaint shall be adressed with 48 Hrs after receicing complaint through complaint slip or electronic media . If time limit exceeds penalty shall be levied @ Rs 100.00 Per complaint.

De-watering from septic tanks/soakage wells to any depth by honey sucker machine and also removing of all wastes, solid or liquid of any description to the location, complete all as sepcified and directed. Note : (i) The rate includes for carrying and empting of sewage water out side defence land at Contractors own arrangement complete all as sepcified and directed. (ii) Mode of measurement shall be as per capacity of Tank of Honey Sucker Machne.

De-sludging by removing of solid/semi solid sludge from existing septic tanks/soak wells of any depth and capacity in foul conditions including taking and placing in position the cover slabs of any description including cement sand mortar 1:4 if required . Removal of sludge/solid contents will be remove to any place out side defence land or depositing where directed, complete all as sepcified and directed. Note : The sludge shall have to be disposed off in trenches duly excavated and covered after sprinkling of chemicals and cover with excavated soil and removal of extra soil without any extra cost to govt.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as sepcified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as sepcified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement moratr bedding ( but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the permisses, complete all as sepcified and directed.

Dismantling breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC/PVC/ or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as sepcified and directed.
