Safe Carriage of 36KV VCB (ABB make) for the LV side of 40MVA T/F-II from 132KV S/S Itwa to 132KV S/S Naugarh (Distance Approx.-55Km) including the cost of Loading,Unloading at a safe place with the help hydra/Man Power etc by using the T&P.

Opening of both side jumper of VCB from BSI to CB and CB to CT.

Opening the earthing of equipment and structure by cutting with the help of welding machine and its cable connection.

Dismantling of old and damaged 36 KV VCB of LV side of 40MVA T/F-II ABB make with the help of derrick pole, pulley and rope arrangement. Shifting and dragging of VCB from its dismantled place to safe place i.e. inside store near switchyard with the help of labour.

Modification of foundation by MS angle (provided by the department free of cost) including cutting in size, making required hole and welding work for instalation of ABB make 36 KV VCB.

Shifting and dragging of new ABB make VCB from store site to work site of LV side of 40MVA T/F-II safely with the help of labour.

Erection of new ABB make VCB on LV side of 40MVA T/F-II with the help of derrick pole, pulley and rope arrangement.

Making control cable connection of ABB make 36 KV VCB of LV side of 40MVA T/F-II .

Earthing of structure and equipment with earthing MS strip by welding machine and painting of earthing strip by bus green paint including cost of other materials.

Jumpering of 36 KV VCB from BSI to CB and CB to CT.

Supply of 132kV Isolator Bi-Metallic terminal connector (dropper/runthrough type) for 132kV Isolator Faradey make as per sample and Panther conductor including hot dip 16M Nuts,Bolts and spring/plain washer

Supply of connector for 145kV CT (as per sample) suitable for ACSR Panther conductor
