Providing and installing Mono submersible pump conforming to ISS 9034-1976 alongwith directly coupled submersible type squirrel cage electric induction motor suitable for operation on 230 Volt.1 phase 50 C.P.S A.C supply, water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoted segment type thurst bearings to with stand non vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and dully fitted with device to take upto the expension of water with heating of motor complete in all respect including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts. (Make KSB/ Kirloskar/ Mather & Platt). 1 set of 3HP

Providing and fixing starter 3HP complete in all respect.

Supply & fixing of submersible cable 3x4mm2 to submersible sets of suitable make such as L&T/ Havells/ Finolex/ KSB complete in all respect including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiseling soft/ hard where blasting is prohibited. In all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-useable material/ soil separately and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers where required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then desposing of all surplus excavated soil un- useable materials complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channel etc in earth work in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum shingles conglomerate saturated soil and decomposed soft and hard rock hard rock including including dressing of sides and beds, disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and then returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in RS joists, channels angles, tees and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Provding and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4:sand :8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete exclunding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters,buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing omplete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floors, roofs landings shelve & their supports balconies girders bresumers and cantilevers upto floor two level i/c entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as sofits suspended floors roofs, landings and the like floors etc upto 200mm in thickness.and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs & breaks in floors & walls under 20cm wide.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, winding and placing in position complete upto floor two level as per the direction of Engineer-in-chief including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing man hole cover with frame 500mm dia (medium duty) total weight of frame and cover should not be less than 116 Kg. (weight of frame 58 kg and weight of cover 58 kg).

Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of following dia (light grade) including providing and fixing tube fittings such as reducer increasers, sockets, union, tees, bends etc. where ever required (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.
