1. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Multigrade Filter (MGF) (vessl size 1200 X 1800 mm FRP) with frontal pipeline 2.5" and multiport valve 2" and all sizes of filtration media (activated carbon, pebble, gravel, silica sand etc.) - Flow Rate of Plant 15 Cu. M., Operating Pressure 3.5 kg/Sq. Cm. Make : Pentier / Starlite/Syntex or Equivalent.
2. SITC of feed Water Pump, 5 HP, 3 Phase, RPM 2900, including Outlet pipeline and fittings and electrical connections from existing feeder panel – Pump Flow Rate 15 Cu. M/Hr, Head : 25 Mtr, Make : As per AAI Approved Makes.
3. SITC of Soft Water Transfer Pump, 5 HP, 3 Phase, RPM 2900 including electrical connections from existing feeder panel Pump Flow Rate 15 Cu. M. / Hr. , Head - 35 Mtr., Pressure 7Kg/Sq. Cm, Make : As per AAI Approved Make.
4. Dismantling of 02 Nos Water Softening Vessels and taking out of old Softening resin from both the Vessels and their re-installation. Pouring of old softening resin and also topup with new Resin of 650 Ltrs in each vessel to both the Vessels (Total Resin 1300 Ltrs). Vessel Size : 1200 x 1800 mm FRP.
5. Supply and Fixing of Regeneration Tank including Agitator with Gear Motor 2 HP, RPM 18, Shaft SS 304 (Regeneration Tank MSRL Cabacity 1.76 Cub. M.) including electrical connections from existing feeder panel.
6. Supply and Installation of digital flow meter cum totalizer (Water meter) of 65 NB SS 304 flange base attachment with nut bolts and gasket including electrical connections from existing feeder panel.
