Hire charges for JCB including all cost of materials, labour charges , etc completed as per the direction of the departmental officer in charges.

Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shabs murams and ordinary gravel and hard dravel including shoring, strutting, baling or pumping out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick and depositing the surplus earth at places as directed by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift - 10 m3

Providing and laying Gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries including loading, unloading and stacking the well gravel at site including labour charges for laying spreading leveling to camper etc., complete as per specifications.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (One cement four M.Sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm size ISS gauge HBBG metal including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification - 1 m3 (detailed data for 10 m3 )

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fabricating of reinforcement steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete works at all heights and depths including straightening, cleaning,cutting,ending, placing in position and binding, hoisting and welding if any including cost of power, electrodes etc, cost of annealed binding wire (18 gauge), providing overlaps, tying in position and providing necessary cover blocks for all works as per detailed drawings supplied (including chairs, cranks, lap rods, spacer bars, fan hooks etc.,) with the relevant standard specifications, complete for all leads & lifts.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M Sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One cement two M.Sand and four aggregate) using 20mm size ISS gauge HBBG metal including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification - 1 m3 (detailed data for 10 m3 )

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x 23/4") including cost of materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification - 1m3

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement and three M Sand ) 12mm thick including all cost curing and all labour chagres etc.,complete as directed by departmental officer
