Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 1 Osqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr.including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in: : All kinds of soil.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth ncluding levelling up with cement concrete 1 :6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and complete1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Nallah

Providing and laying damp-proof course 5Crnm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.Nallah

20mm Cement plaster of mix 1:6 ( 1 Cement :6 Coarse sand)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including priming coat of whiting to give an even shade

Steel work in built up tubular round, square or rectangular including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolting with special shaped washers etc.complete.Hot finished welded type tubes.(50x25x3.2)mm.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc.including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately):Using Budloo /Fir wood.

Providing and laying of mud concrete under wooden flooring.

Providing and fixing of 1.5" thick wooden plank for flooring with T&G including cost of wood and labour complete job. Using budloo wood.

Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.n gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates & similar works. (25x5)mm flat iron.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).Nallah

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutmen"ts, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, fmishing and reinforcement.1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.TMT Bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for Column.

Carriage of cement and steel average lead of 80Km by mechanical transport.

Carriage of sand and aggregate average lead upto 35 km by mechanical transport.

Carriage of stones average lead upto 35 km by mechanical transport.
