Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including ,fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB/TPN along with MCBs complete by disconnecting all as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring 4/6/10 Sqmm aluminium cable all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type and removal from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge to match with existing surface all as directed.

Sub main wiring in replacement (with approved colour coding as per IS) with single core FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 1.1 KV grade (main cable two runs of main cable) alongwith one run of single core FRLS PVC insulated flexible stranded copper Conductor 1.1 KV grade of earth for earthing drawn in suitable PVC concealed conduits including Cutting chases in existing wall for laying of PVC conduits including making good disturbed surfaces with painting of wall matching with exisiting colour after concealing the conduit in wall all as specified for size 2 run of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm earth contuinity conductor.

Disconnection & taking down the unserviceable building light high wattage (25/30 Watts) street light fittings and Supply & fixing energy efficient Intergral type LED 25W ,IP 66,PF > 0.9,lumins 100/watt Street light luminaire comprising of epoxy powder coated hsg, enclosed with glass cover in frame mounted testing compelte all as specified and directed.

Disconnection & taking down the unserviceable GI bracket of size 25/32 mm dia from the pole / building and M&L for street light bracket made out of 25/32 mm dia GI tubing medium grade upto 1.5 mtr long including bending, welding ,drilling holes as required and fixing with flat iron clamps 50x6mm thick (02 Nos) with suitable nut, bolts and washers to steel tubular /concrete poles/building complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25(Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down existing control board (Meter Box) and supply and fixing sheet metal board made of 1.6mm thick metal sheet and painting 2 coats with synthic enamel paint over a coat of primer including copper bus bar and fixed with wall for fixing meter complete with wiring, fitting and accessories, locking arrangements with handle (minimum size of box 65cmx75cm and adequate depth for the following equipments, internal wiring and termination of external cable, lugs and glands and conduits as required) comprising of following. (a) Incoming 100Amp 4 pole MCCB 25 KA-01 Nos. (b) Bus bar 100 Amp Aluminium (d) 10Amp DP MCB-01 No (Outgoing for stair case and garage) (c ) 40Amp DP MCB-04 Nos (for Qtr meters) (e) Fixing only arrangement for electronic type energy meters single phase 240Volt 40Amps 50HZ -04Nos. Note : Elect meter will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing only.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed standard aluminiu conductor 2 core 6 sqmm in service connections suspen- ded by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and as directed.
