| 3.00Making new special delta earthings for neutral bushings of power transformers as per OM No. 62-ESDC-II(X)(T)/T/F GEN DE 21.01.2023 by excavating of earth pit of size 1.2x1 2x1 Cubic Meter Piercing the MS electrodes fully into the excavated earth pit in triangle shape each apart 1. Meter, then Earth strip emanating from neutral point of all rating of Power transformers shall be connected with two MS Flat (75x10mm strips and these strips shall be connected at two different arms of the Delta earthing. This delta earthing shall also be connected with the earth electrode system at X & Y-axis of main earth mat of the sub-station for appropriate protection of Power transformer). It shall also be ensured by field officers that the resistance of the earth electrode system (main earth-mat) of sub-station shall be less than one ohm. Painting the electrode and MS Flat with two coat of black japan paint which is laid under the ground and above the ground Flat to be painted with primer first and then two coat of green colour paint.
