Removing the damaged PVC pipe and plumbing material and clearing away the debris from the site with initial lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Removing the debries away from the site of work using lorry transport and dumped in the place approved by the corporation authorities and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.(The capacity of the lorry load should not be less than 2.83 M3)

Removing the damaged doors, windows and partition etc., including removal of frames, hinges and fastening and handed over to the department as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Shifting the furniture’s / wooden items / materials and re-fixing (assemble) to the old area as directed by the Engineer,i/c., etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Finishing the top .of roof with one course of MACHINE PRESSED TILES of size 230mmx230mmx20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming and the top pointed with the same water proofing compound and red oxide, etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick including cost of SRAC S2 chemical, finishing, curing etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineer.

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five P.sand) 12mm thick in all floors including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specification.

Dadooing the wall with glazed tiles of size 30cmx45cm of approved colour and quality with base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 [One cement and three M.Sand] 12mm thick, pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles finishing neatly etc., complete.

Paving the floor with Designed Colour double charged Vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sq.m including finishing neatly and curing, etc. complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The basic cost of tiles should not be less than Rs.80/-- Sq.ft)

Applying modified mortar to the damaged RCC slab/Beam/column to thickness of 20 to 75mm, with Micro concrete – RENDIROC RG, Surface preparation to receive Modified Mortar, chipping & removing all loose materials from the surface, cleaning the surface, thorough scrapping the old rods to remove rust using rust remover and clearing away the debris from the site outside the building and after applying one coat of NITO BOND EP at 1000ml for an average area of 2 sq.m per application, plywood shuttering, applying curing compound ‘NitoBond – AR’ as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete – 1 sq.m

Drilling holes in RCC slabs/ Beams/ Columns / window fins at various heights to facilitate anchoring with 12mm RTS rods to a maximum depth of 199mm cleaning the holes, washing with potable water, allowing it to dry completely, mixing the base & hardener of Epoxy resin LOCKSET ‘P’ or equivalent, placing the same & RTS rods to the prepared hole as per manufacturer’s recommendation including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc., complete. (Anchoring shall be done wherever welding to the existing rod is not feasible)

Providing anti-corrosive coating over the already corroded rods using NITOZINC Primer or equalant at 1000ml for an average area of 2 Sq.m. as per the manufacturer’s recommendation including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 meter height for plain surfaces such as RCC square or rectangular columns, top and bottom slabs of sunshade boxing sill slabs etc., with necessary facia etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G., 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Pre - construction Anti - termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under grade slab and grade beam, all round the Pile Caps, Catch basins, trenches, pits, tunnels, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor. External perimeter of building, surrounding of pipes, expansion joints, below U.G. sump and retaining/side walls etc. as per instructions of chemical manufacturer as directed by the Department officer/ Architect. The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. The chemical to be used as insecticide for the treatment shall be Biflex Tc, TC stands for Termiticide Concentrate for Termite Control (Bifenthrin) and the application shall be diluted 1 part of chemical Biflex Tc with 49 parts of water to get 0.05% emulsion and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. The work should be carried out by an approved and registered specialist pest control agency only. Tenderer to furnish the name of the proposed specialist firm. A 10 years post application guarantee against defects shall be furnished by the main Contractor. Note : Horizontal plan area at ground floor level of the building will be measured and paid.

Painting two coats of Old plastered wall surface with ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting old wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials and labour including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be approved by the Engineer,,i/c., before use on works).

Painting wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of good quality and approved variety and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting old iron works two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour, etc., over one coat of primer complete complying with standard specification. (The paint to be used on work should be approved by the Enigneer,i/c., before use on work).

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm outer dia meter heavy duty M.S. pipe over all height 3.00m the distance between two legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2.00m in each rows and providing platform with country wood plants using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete from with horizontal bracing @ 1.50 c/c vertical direction and with cross bracing using same 48.30mm dia meter including cutting, threading assembly with one coat red oxide primer. Labour charges cost of special such on large plate, shoe, catcher, coupling, bolt and nut transport charges and handling charges. The bottom of vertical post shall reuse on 300 x 300 x 70mm, 1:2:4 concreter base as per the standard specification.

Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling which includes providing and fixing G.I. perimeter channels of size 27mm, 0.5mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm along with perimeter of the ceiling screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of Nylon rawl plugs and screws and then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.90mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1200mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25mm X 25mm X 0.50mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 1000mm centers, 12.5mm square edge Gypsum board of 10mm thick is to be fixed to ceiling section with 25mm of screws at 230mm centers. Screw fixing is to be done mechanically either with screw driver (or) drilling achine with suitable attachment. The tapered and square edges of the boards are to be joined and finished to flush with requisite jointing compound, paper, tapes and primer suitable for Gypsum plaster boards. Light fittings and access panels are to be incorporated as part of the suspended ceiling and the integrity nature of the ceiling must be maintained. For accommodating the light fittings, appropriate cut outs have to be made with the frame perimeter channels of size 20mm X 27mm X 30mm X 0.5mm, supported suitably. The Gypsum plaster board should be capable of finishing with any type of paint. Finally the face layer of the board are to be joined and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, paper tapes and two coats of primer suitable for Gypsum board.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Teak wood Ornamental Entrance door of size 2.10x2.40m with the following specification. The outer frame of ornamental Entrance door of size 150x100mm. Teak wood scantling. The door consists of openable area 1.90x2.20m with double leaf. The each openable shutter consists of panel for 1.50m height and botttom vertical pannel in for a height of 90cm. UGT/OHT (inside) waterproofing with Antimicrobial Coating Waterproofing: Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface of the UGT/ OHT tank applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification. Followed by applying 15 mm thick dimensionally stable fibrous reinforced mcementitious structural grade dual shrinkage Polymer Mortar on as protective plastering @ 29kg/m2. The material having Compressive strength of 38 MPa at 28 days as per EN 12190, Adhesive Bond Test, >1.5 Mpa as per EN 1542, followed by Water curing by sprinkling water for 3 times a day for 5- 7 days. Followed by applying two component, water-based food grade epoxy resin coating on inside surface of Potable water tank having antialgae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) – 1:1:1 to be applied @ 0.35 Kg/m2 in 2 coats. Ensure that this coating is applied over the protective plaster. The Waterproofing material shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02. The finished cost to include surface preparation completely as per specification

Varnishing the old wood work two coats with best Shellac and with fine best varnish of approved quality varnish over one coat of Bee's wax of teak wood natural finish including preparation of surface with sand papering in patty priming etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply laying and jointing CPVC pipe of approved quality and make of the following dia fixed on walls with necessary clamps and screws including cutting and threading wherever necessary, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Above Ground Level). 20mm dia CPVC pipe - 15 Kg /CM2 with ISI mark

Supplying and fixing in position CPVC specials such as plain bend, door bend, plain tee, door tee, off sets of various sizes of best approved quality conforming to ISI and providing leak proof joint including fixing to wall etc., complete complying with standard specification. Relaying of flooring with new Athangudi tiles of size 25.4 cm x 25.4 cm x 1.90 cm ( 10"x10"x3/4") with Cement mortar 1:2 ( One of lime and two of sand) 20mm thick base mortar using Pollachi lime in all floors over the existing slab / floor wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with lime mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification as per directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)
