REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHTS, AREA LIGHTIING, PCC POLES, UG CABLES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT MADGAON AND PONDA UNDER GE PANAJI, GOA.

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock for foundation of poles, stays, laying of cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated rock not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and spreading in layers dry clean river sand for cable cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm depth before laying the cable and 15cm depth after laying the cable punned down to a depth of 10cm above the top of the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat, breadth wise along the length of cable in trenches for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PVC underground cable of 2core, 10sq.mm cross-sectional area, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, including laying in trenches/ pipe/ flooring/ wall and pole or such similar position, connecting with suitable lugs and fixing arrangement with necessary clamps and cable glands etc. as required, testing and commissioning complete including removing the old damaged unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 6 above but cable of size 10sqmm 4 core.

Supply and install of terminal /junction box of size 200mmx160mmx98mm of polycarbonate thermoplastic housing,weather,water,dust proof fire retardant with 4 nos aluminum bus bar of rating 100 Amp mounted on porcelain/cast resin insulator with MCB 6Amp etc all as specified and directed. Supply and fix 40mm bore galvanized iron mild steel tubing light grade with all fittings and fixed to pole with clamps, laid in trenches/ floor, or fixed to poles for protection of cable, complete including taking down old unserviceable box all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 9 above but bore of steel tubing is 20mm..

Supply and fix new generation, post top, gate light energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source make Havell's Cat No CORALMINIPT15WLED757PSYMTOPC or equivalent including suitable bulb complete including taking down old light fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new generation, energy saving, garden light environmental friendly, long life aesthetical designed aluminium landscape luminaire for diffused lighting with high power LED as light source make Havell's Cat No BAMBOOLBLS8WLED830PSYMTOPC (0.6M) or equivalent a complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix energy saving, environmental friendly, long life exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP-65 flood light LED 70 watt suitable for highlighting architectural façade and general purpose lighting including suitable arrangement hanging of the light on wall/ floor/ ceiling make Havell's Cat No JETAFLAREFL70WLED757LTG or equivalent complete including taking down old light fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate derive comparment with IP-66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 make Havell's Cat No ENDURAPEARLNEOSL60WLED757PASYTOPC or equivalent complete including taking down old light fittings all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade, 1.2metre long bent to shape made out of MS flat iron 40x6mm with clamps, nuts bolts etc .complete including taking down old brackets all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-stressed concrete pole, 9.0metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and l02mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 with earth strip from top to bottom of the poles including taking down old poles complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) The quoted rate includes staying the pole in a truly vertical position till the foundation is properly set. (ii) Excavation, foundation concrete, etc. will be measured separately under the appropriate items.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
