Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in hard gravelly soil as per SS 20 B for foundation

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for foundation etc complete

Supply and erecting shuttering for sides and soffits for side walls including cost and conveyance of al materials and labour charges etc complete

Supply and erecting shuttering for sides and soffits for side walls including cost and conveyance of al materials and labour charges etc complete

FLY Ash Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) using Fly Ash Brick in including scaffolding, proper setting, curing, etc., complete in all respects.

Fabricating and placing the steel grills for reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (One of cement, one and a half of sand and three of hard broken granite stones ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stones for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills in position, shuttering, centering but including laying, vibrating, curing, finishing and providing Mild steel fan hooks in the RCC slab wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete in all respects

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick including finishing smooth, scaffolding, setting, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls and ceiling two coats with approved exterior emulsion paint over one coat of priming coat of emulsion including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, through scrapping of old plastered surface, preparing the surface, curing etc., complete in all respects (S.I. No. 359B)
