The subject item is proprietary article (PAC) of M/s.MEDHA BOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED-RANGA REDDY - Make. Railways reserves the right to Purchase the entire tender quantity from the PAC holder OR their authorized dealer, subject to production of document evidence i.e. Tender Specific Authorisation

Tenderers shall confirm the following declaration failing which the offer is likely to be ignored.
