Construction of Single Phase Independent Line at existing poles for Metering of Street Lights under Nagar Nigam, Prayagraj

Amount

Supply & erection of 9 Mtr. Long STP (410 SP-33 Steel Tubular Pole) complete in all respect. Pole shall be coated with Black Bituminous Paint Internally & Externally upto the level of painting depth conforming to IS:153/1968 and remaining portion of exterior shall be painted with red oxide primer as per ISS. Welding is only to be done on the J1 & J2 joint according to ISS.

Supply & Installation of M.S. Earth Rod 20X2540 mm for Earthing of Every Pole.

Earthing of Pole including Service Clamp/Bracket and its binding with G.I. wire 6 SWG complete in all respect (G.I. Wire will be provided by the contractor.)

Grouting of ST Pole 9 Mtr. with cement, Stone grit Coarse and sand in ratio of 1:4:8 (0.268 cubic mtr/pole). (all material will be provided by the contractor.)

Supply and erection of 1100-V, Class-3, Yellow Colour Aerial Bunch Cable (2 core 25 sqmm aluminium Cable+25 sqmm aluminium messenger wire), with 07 No. of strands of make Havells/Finolex/Ecko/Lapp/ Cirtina/Polycab/Pasondia or any other technically equivalent conforming following IS, IS:398/1994 and IS:398 (part-4)/1994 IS:8130/1984 and IS:10810/1984 IS:7098/1998 and IS:14255/1995.The color of Aerial Bunch Cable would be Yellow color.

Supply & Installation of Suspension Clamp with Nut-Bolt Assemble at suitable size of cable of ISI marked, as per attached drawing.

Supply and installation of Pole Mounting Galvanized Clamp made of 50x6 mm M.S. Flat with Nut Bolt of suitable size for existing Pole & I-Hook.

Supply & Installation of I Hook for Fixing on Pole with Galvanized Clamp of ISI Marked as per attached drawing.

Supply & Installation Water Proof Pre-insulated hexagonal Compression Connector for Jointing of ABC to ABC conductor at suitable size of ISI Marked as per attached drawing.

Supply & Installation of Dead End Clamp/Anchor Clamp assembly at suitable size of ISI Marked as per attached drawing.

Supply & Installation of piercing Connector on LT AB cables at pole top height to make proper tap-off connection-Main cable size:16-35 sq.mm, Tap cable size: 1.5-16 sq.mm. Brass teeth, Nylon body with Gel as per attached drawing.

supply & Installation of Single phase Waterproof Meter box with all Accessories, like single phase MCB 32 Amp, Make (Havells/Anchor/ Poly cab) Busbar, Kitkat Fuse, phase indicator, bakelite sheet, Transparent glass along with suitable wiring on Galvanized MS Channel (Size 50X50X6X1500 mm) with Painting Double Coated Red Oxide and Alluminium Paint etc. After installation Quote the No. of Meter Box, No. of connected Street Lights and Connection No. on Meter Box with Black Paint, as per attached drawing of Single Phase Meter box.

Supply & Installation of Three phase Waterproof Meter box with all Accessories, like Single Lever three phase MCB 63 Amp, Make (Havells/Anchor/ Poly cab) Busbar, Kitkat Fuse, phase indicator, bakelite sheet, Transparent glass along with suitable wiring on Galvanized MS Channel (Size 50X50X6X1500 mm) with Painting Double Coated Red Oxide and Alluminium Paint etc. After installation Quote the No. of Meter Box, No. of connected Street Light and Connection No. on Meter Box with Black Paint, as per Attached drawing of Three Phase Meter box.

Installation of Single phase Smart meter in meter box & making connection with suitable lug & LT connection from meter to LT line. (Only single phase meter will be provided by the department & all suitable lug, wire & ms nut bolt will provide by contractor).

Installation of Three phase Smart meter in meter box & making connection with suitable lug & LT connection from meter to LT line. (Only Three phase meter will be provided by the department & all suitable lug, wire & ms nut bolt will provide by contractor.)

Supply & Installation of M.S. Earth Rod 20X2540 mm for Earthing of Every Meter box.

Earthing of Meter Box Channel by M.S. Earthing Rod 20x2540 mm and G.I. strip of proper size. Grouting of Channels of Meter box with Cement, Stone grid and Coarse sand in Ratio 1:4:8. (All required material will be provided by the contractor).

Supply & Installation of HDPE Conduit Pipe of Dia 2" at the Poles for the Protection of Incoming/ Outgoing Power Cable to the Meter alongwith Elbow and T-Joint on Turning Junction. Pipe Supported with existing pole with help of Clamp. (As per Drawing Attached.)

Supply & Laying of 2x10 sqmm ISI approved aluminium PVC/XLPE insulated armoured served sheathed cable 1100 volts grade cable from existing L.T. line to Meter and from Meter to Proposed L.T. line through conduit pipe. Cable to be fixed/supported with pole at two place with the help of suitable clamp.

Supply & Laying of 4x16 sqmm ISI approved aluminium PVC/XLPE insulated armoured served sheathed cable 1100 volts grade cable from existing L.T. line to Meter and from Meter to Proposed L.T. line through conduit pipe. Cable to be fixed/supported with pole at two place with the help of suitable clamp.

Painting of Pole with Double Coated Red Oxide and Double Coated Alluminium Paint.

Making Connection of Street light to New Line of Arial Bunch Conductor with 2 core 2.5 sq.mm Copper Conductor flexible cable, after disconnecting the old connection from existing line. (Copper Cable of required length will be supplied by the Contractor as per latest IS standards of make Universal/Finolex/Polycab/KEI or technically equivalent.)
