Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed dry including all carriage and cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (crushed) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 Cement: 1 coarse sand: 2 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (crushed) in suspended floors, beams, roofs, lintels balconies, landings and staircase excluding cost of centering and shuttering all work up to floor V level including all carriages and cost of materials involved up to site of work complete.

Providing coloured ridges /hips of width 60cm overall width plain GS sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limpet and Bitumen washers complete 0.50 mm thick including carriages Complete

P/F in position 12mm thick imported panellig on walls,ceiling and soffit including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails etc.complete job. incl preparing the surface for final finish and touch wood polish on the sealer surface with spray gun for final finish all complete incl. cost of nails / screws to be approved by Engineer-in-charge including frame work with wooden scants and cost of nails complete including all carriages.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required EPRM rubber/ neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.For fixed portion powder coated almunium (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns )

Supply and stacking of graded stone aggregate at site of size range 63-45mm with stone screening/Chippings 13.20mm size nominal size type A stone dust morum (Khak bajri ) at site including all Carriage and Laying water bound macadam with specified stone agg., stone screenings and binding material incl. Screening, sorting ,spreading to template and consolidation with PRR with 8-10 tone capacity etc. complete (Two layers)

Providing & fixing Interlock Floor Paver Tiles 75 mm thick of approved quality over sand cushion of minimum 100mm incl. rubbing and cleaning and lifts & carriages from approved source upto site of work complete pattern and design approved bythe Engineer In charge.

Inside size 120x120cms and 90cms deep including SFRC cover 455x610mm internal dimensions total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (wt. of cover 23 kg and wt. of frame 15 kg) including all carriages.
