Amount

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone surfaces of wall, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement plaster (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces or stone masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of new undecorated plastered/concrete surfaces of wall, roof, floors, etc. by rubbing down and applying two coats of weather proof Acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) in camouflage pattern as on walls over and including one coat of weather coat primer including nesessary scafoldings, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, roofs, etc. by means of steel wire brush, scraping down, brooming, brushing down, removing of smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent satls, etc. including nesessary scafolding and applying two coats of weather proof Acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) in camouflage pattern over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Primer shall be applied after complete removal to existing tratment from old painted plastered/concrete surface. (ii) Damaged wall/roof surfaces if hapened to be make good before applying primer and quoted rate shall accordingly deemed to be all inclusive.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls/roof/floors, etc. by brushing with steel wire brush, scraping down, brooming down, removing smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, etc. and applying one coat of weather proof Acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) in camouflage pattern including nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any position upto 15m height over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scafolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for peparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description upto 15m height over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 3mm thick sheet glass, figured glass, pinhead type, glazing with oil putty, area not exceeding 0.50 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block letters/ Roman/ Italic/ Indian) 15 cm high complete in white or any other colour with synthetic enamel paint over a diamond shaped black painted surface of 25 cm size of each side in external walls of Bldg. (Cost of two coats of black painting in back ground of white letter is included in the cost of lettering) complete all as specified and directed.
