Replacement of old & deffective equipments under ETD Budaun with all due care of safety & Precautions, with all cost of men , material, skilled labour / hydra & misc. consumables, T&Ps etc. required for satisfactory completion of work as per technical specification & direction of supervising engineer. (A) Replacement of old & 1.0 accuracy class equipments at 132kv Budaun. 1. Dismantling of old and old and 1.0 accuracy class 145 kv CT after opening of it’s both side jumpers , earthing cutting & open cable termination etc. including shifting of dismantled material from site to open store.

2. Erection of new 145 kv CT including shifting of new 132 kv CT from store to site . The work also includes jumpering from both side , earthing & cable terminations etc.

3. Replacement of partially damaged 145kv CT junction box with new 145kv CT junction box including earthing and cable termination work. (A) Dismantling of partially damaged 145kv CT junction box, earthing cutting & shifting of dismantled material from site to open store etc.

(B) Erection of new 145 kv CT junction box including shifting of new 145 kv CT from store to site ,and proper earthing of above etc.

(C ) Opening & Reconnecting of cable terminals of partially damaged 145kv CT junction box , connecting of above in newly erected 145kv CT junction box including making delta etc.

4. Dismantling of old 132 kv B/C panel by opening of all associated control cables & earthing and shifting of above from control room to store . The work also includes erection of new 132 kv B/C panel with earthing and associated cable termination and shifting of above from store to site and other associated work.

5. Interconnection of all 132 kv line control panel , T/F C&R panel with new 132kv B/C panel including proper cable laying , termination and testing with all equipments.

6. Laying of control cables from 132 kv switch yard to Control / Relay panel / b/c panel in control room of 132 kv s/s budaun if required. (A) 2x2.5sqmm control cable

(B) 4x2.5sqmm control cable

(C ) 6x2.5sqmm control cable

7. Shifting of various damaged material from 132 kv switchyard to open store of 220kv campus with hydra & misc. consumables, T&Ps etc. (A) Damaged 145 kv SF-6 CB pole

B Dismantling of old and deffective 145 kv Circuit Breaker (CGL make) by new 145 kv Circuit Breaker (CGL make) of 63 MVA T/F –II bay at 132kv s/s Aonla. 1. Dismantling of old and deffective 145 kv Circuit Breaker (CGL make) after opening of it’s both side jumpers , earthing cutting & open cable termination etc. including shifting of dismantled material from site to open store.

2. Modification of existing foundation of (CGL Make old model) Circuit Breaker as per requirement of erection of new CGL Make Circuit Breaker with help of angles, channels ,cleats etc.

3. Erection of new (CGL make ) 145 kv Circuit Breaker on structure in place of old & obsolete CGL Make 145 KV Circuit Breaker on modified foundation with the help of skilled labour and hydra etc.

4. Jumpering work of new Circuit Breaker by ACSR panther conductor including fixing & tighting of Circuit Breaker clamp with all associated work (total 06 no. jumpers)

5. Earthing of new Circuit Breaker by 50x6 mm MS flat with all associated work.

6. Cable termination of new 145 kv Circuit Breaker as per cable schedule / drawing .Detail of cable termination are as follows- (i) 2x2.5 sqmm

(ii) 4x2.5 sqmm

(iii) 6x2.5 sqmm
