Basement waterproofing: Cleaning of the surface using latest Machine, Tools, and T & P with all safety equipments and necessary arrangements as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Dismantling/removing all loose mortars to expose mother surface. The surface to be free from all contaminants, dust, clays & all other foreign particles.

(a). Cutting the construction joints in U shaped groove of approx. 12mm (W) X 12mm (D) along with the construction joint with a Chipping machine by using all safety equipment and necessary arrangements of scaffolding to reach the required height. Filling the U groove 12mm x 12mm with Xypex or equivalent crystalline product/ material Modified mortar/Megamix-II cementious mortar having properties of crystalline and good strength with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(b). Providing and applying Vata/Gola to the interface junction of wall and slab or wherever necessary, with Xypex or equivalent crystalline product/ material modified morter/Megamix-II cementious mortar having properties of crystaline and good bond strength with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(c). Providing and applying Xypex or equivalent crystalline product/ material Concentrate crystalline based waterproofing coating & durability enhancement by crystallization to be supported by at least two national / international test reports showing clear scanning electron microscopic (SEM) photographs of dansified and mature crystals formation to plug all the capillary tracks and pores of the concrete permanently and permeability tested as per IS-2720 conducted by CBRI the concrete should not absorbed water more than 1.5 gms and not more than 1mm from the concrete surface. The product to be listed in ICC-ES evaluation report index Jnuary 2009, 2010 and 2011. The treatment to be Carried out on the cleaned concrete surface as per manufacture's specification/data sheet. The application to be carried out with brush in one coat @0.80 Kg/Coat by using all safety equipments and necessary arrangements of scaffolding to reach the required height as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Toilet/Balcony/Kitchen Waterproofing: Cleaning of the surface using latest Machines, Tools, and T & P with all safety equipments and necessary arrangements as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Dismantling/removing all loose mortars to expose mother surface. The surface to be free from all contaminants,dust,clays & all other foreign particles.

(a). Providing and applying Vata/Gola to the interface junction of wall and slab along with sealing all joints of outlet deain pipe, etc. or wherever necessary, with Xypex or equivalent crystalline product/ materialmodified morter/Megamix-II cementious mortar having properties of crystaline and good bond strength with all leads and lifts as directed by the Enginner-in Charge.

Terrace Waterproofing: Cleaning of concrete structure of Root Terrace by deploying expert labours having experience of working on Dam structure with using latest Machines, Tools, and T & P with all safety equipments and necessary arrangements as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Dismantling of existing cement plaster to expose mother concrete surface. The surface to be free from all calcinations, dust, clays & all other foreign particles.

(a). Providing and applying Vata/Gola to the interface junction of parapet wall and roof slab with Xypex or equivalent crystalline product/ materialmodified morter/Megamix-II having properties of crystaline and good bond strength with all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
