MANNING OPERATION AND COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR 1.0 MLD STP AT LONGEWALA COMPLEX AND 1.2 MLD STP AT UMRAO COMPLEX UNDER GE NORTH BIKANER AT MIL STATION BIKANER.

Outsourcing of services for 1.0 MLD STP at longewala complex with 01 FGM (Semi skilled) in each shift for 3 shifts round the clock will be employed by the contractor (each shift for 08 hours) and one helper ( un skilled) (for one shift only) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1 but 1.2 MLD STP at Umrao complex(KLP-II) complete description on item No. 1 Notes : For Item No 01 & 02 (i) Daily, weekly, mothly, quarterly, halfyearly and annual maint to be carried out and keeping records thereof. (ii) Duty roster, Daily log sheet attendance register for persons employed shall be provided/maintain by the contractor. (iii) All types of T&P reuired for day to day maintenance shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) All types of transportation if reqd for handling materials/eqpts etc shall be provided by the contractor. (v) All types of fire eqpts provided in all the installations shall be maintained and operated properly. (vi) All electrial fitting and fixures installed at STP installation to be maintained and contractor shall be responsible for any damage. (vii) All types of water tanks shall be maintined. (viii) All installations to be kept neat and clean all the time. (ix) In case of any damage, misuse, mishandling of Govt property, contractor will be held responsible for the same. (x) Chlorination of sewage water are to be carriedout from the recognized lab i.e. C.O.D, B.O.D etc and record to be maintainted. (xi) Treated water to be tested monthly from recoginized lab and record to be maintainted. (xii) Medical needs to be provided by the contractor to the employees as and when required. (xiii) First Aid Box with basic madicines to be kept in installation by the contractor. (xiv) Misuse of electricity and water to be penalised and effective recovery will be made by the department. (xv) Outsourcing of services shall start immediately after acceptance of work. (xvi) All garden, lawns, trees etc being planted in all the installations shall be maintained regularly and to be developed further as directed. (xvii) FGM should be ITI qualified or 02 years expereince in the perticular field. (xviii) Fuel for running of DG Sets of both STP's shall be supplied by the department and contractor shall responsible to collect the fuel from the department by his own arrangement.(xix) Entire area inside and out side of STPs shall be cleaned properly by the contractor and cost shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (xx) All the FGMs/Helper shll be in proper dress code and shoes as approved by the GE.

M & L for taking up incl dismantling, reassembling, transporting and lowering of submersible pump of capacity 13 Mtr head and 42 Mtr Cubic per hours discharge single stage all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of pump: CALAMA/SABAR/KSB/BED FORD GARVIN/ KIRLOSKAR. Note :- Crane for taking up & lowering of submersible pump set while repairing/rewinding will be arranged by the contractor and the rent for the same is included in the item rate.

Dismantling of existing defective induction motor of 7.5 HP capacity, 03 phase, 415 volts 50 HZ and make from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connecting coupling pulley, and taking out to work shop cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding with solid copper conductor ( winding wire)as existing size and gauge complete including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing and fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction motor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling opening and reassembling after repair /replacement of U/S under mentioned parts of centrifugal pump of capacity 7.5 HP. Job includes disconnection from base foundation frame disconnecting electrically, reconnection, re-fixing in position transportation to work shop & back make of pump :- Kirlosker/Crompton Greaves.

Painting of existing pipe lines at STP with decided colour of paint including arrow mark in the direction of flow all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of treated water tank by de-sludging,scraping the bottom wall with the help of scrapper/wire iron brush removing all scales, craked earth, dirt, mud/slit algi, fungus and other foreign deposited materials and dewatering the left over water and taking them out complete and painting of one coat by liquid bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Periodicity of cleaining 6 months)

M&L for Cleaning of sewage water well approx depth 10mtr with the help of man power T&P i.e. sewage pump brush etc and carefully by removing wire mess and lifting the deposited material over the well and taking them out away from well on monthly basis all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of filter media chambers (04 Nos) by removing deposited material inside the chamber including lifting the material from the chamber and getting out from the chamber without any damage to the chamber on weekly basis including cleaning of filter media all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
