Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket of point complete fittings such as switches. Ceiling roses, pendents, Regulator Socket etc complete at site and making goods disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

Point wiring PVC insulated and PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm including in concealed PVC conduit fittings and making good to the disturbed surfaces with continuous earth wire of copper 1.5 Sqmm dia to common earth incl.Provn of 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of appropriate size and fixing on CI/MS boxes for mounting of accessories like surfaces sockets and regulators complete all as specified. One light/fan/bell point controlled by one way switch.

All as per Srl item No 2 here-in-before but one 5 pin socket outlet 5 amps on same board.

Note :- (a) Cost of making good the disturbed surface plastering/filling putty alongwith matching with the existing colour with MES Approval make of distemper is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by contractor. (b) Three run of cable alongwith PVC conduit together shall be measured as single run.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixed in repair sheet metal enclosure for DB’s when MCB’s to be used of 240 volt 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar SPN double door complete all as specified and directed. Note : All the connection of incoming and out goiing wire in MCB will be made with thimble with suitable size as directed.

S& F in repair MCB single pole 6 amps to 32 amps, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Ser No 26 above here-in-before but single pole and neutral 32 amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of distribution board made out of CRCA sheet DB vertical type double door TPN 4 Way MS sheet including fixing in the wall,cutting chases grounting and necessary patch work and white wash to match with the existing including making connections all as directed containing the folowings. Note :- All the connection of incoming and out goiing wire in MCCB and MCB will be made with thimble with suitable size as directed.(a) MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amps 16 KA breaking capacity with thermal release 01 No (In coming). (b) Bus bar 200 Amp rated mode out of Aluminium on insulated duly insulated wire adhesive tape RYB & black-4 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 40 amp-04 Nos,MCB SP 40 Amp-04 Nos (Out going). (d) Connection from MCCB to bus bar will be made with Aluminium Strip suitable size as directed.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 40 mm bore with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep size BEE energy efficient 5 star rated or equivalent powered with above BLDC technology conforming to latest BIS licensing and IS specification which consumes less than 50% of the power as compare to conventional type fans,power consumption 32 to 35 watt RPM 370+25% service valve 6.0 Air Delivery in CMM 200 ,down rod all including connection with 3 core 0.75 sqmm PVC insulated but unseathed FRLS cable with multistandard copper conductor IS 694 marked from celing to fan complete all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
