Repair and replacement of Sewage line , cleaning of Septic tanks, Manholes, Soakage well at various units under AGE B/R-II of GE Partapur

Amount

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia of 150mm (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar as in sewage line complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any portion not otherwise specified provided for sewage line bed and manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for salt glazed stone ware grade ‘A’ drain pipes of internal dia of 150mm laid in trenches and jointed on concrete bed including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Concrete bed to be measured and paid for separately).

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping / benching including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed aggregate) exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning / clearing blocked sewage lines of any dia & description at any depth, by roding, pumping, desludging etc or by any means and make sewer line functional including disposal of debris, spoils and sludge etc hygienically complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning / clearing blocked sewage lines of any dia & description at any depth and blocked / filled WC (any type) by heating pipe line with blow lamp, by roding, pumping, desludging etc or by any means and make sewer line functional including disposal of debris, spoils and sludge etc hygienically complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked/ filled WC (any type) by heating pipe line with blow lamp/ roding the CI / SGSW pipe of any dia upto first manhole/ gully trap after taking off the cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/ sludge etc to a distance upto 200 m and burying the same in ground by digging pit of suitable size and to cover the same with earth all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dewatering the contaminated water from soakage well of any capacity and depth through pumping and dispose off to a distance upto 200 m and burying the same in ground by digging pit of suitable size and to cover the same with earth including outline holes through slab/ wall as required for inserting pipe and making good the same to match with existing surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning of septic tanks of any capacity and depth including inlet chamber, outlet chambers removing out all scum. Site residues both organic and inorganic type after plugging the incoming sewage lines, removing and depositing the waste materials/ sludge etc to a distance upto 50m and buried the same in ground by digging pit of suitable size and then cover with earth including removal of surplus spoil if any complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L in repairs for RCC NP3 150 mm diameter Pipes laid on 150 mm thick bedding cradle in PCC 1:4:8 with excavation for depth between 1.65 mtr to 2.30 mtr in any type of soil, including manholes/drop manhole of standard size made of pre-cast PCC block masonry with SFRC ventilating cover and frame, includes all items and activities to execute and make sewer line functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repairs construction of soakage well of size 1.20 mtr dia x 1.5 mtr effective depth, excavation in any type of soil, foudation in PCC 1:3:6, well of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-30 concrete, including intercepting chamber & screen chamber made of pre-cast PCC block masonry in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M-30, filling with brick bats complete of size 1.20 mtr dia and 1.5 mtr deep including demolition of old unserviceable soakage well and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L in repairs construction of soakage well of size 2.40 mtr dia x 3.00 mtr effective depth, excavation in any type of soil, foudation in PCC 1:3:6, well of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-30 concrete, including intercepting chamber & screen chamber made of pre-cast PCC block masonry in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M-30, filling with brick bats complete of size 2.40 mtr dia and 3.0 mtr deep including demolition of old unserviceable soakage well and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl making good complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet sqatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excuding flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl making good complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F in repair stainless steel squatt pan/WC Orissa battern with integral foot rest (excluding flushing system and flush pipe) including P or S trap, set in incl concrete bedding etc as in repairs incl making good complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 5775.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
