SCHEDULE "A" Part - I (BUILDING WORKS) Construction of incomplete/ balance items of works of double storied building including portico, footh path arround courtyard for single living in Airmen accomodation, framed structure all as specified and as shown on drawings. Note:- (i) The detail of completed works are furnished as Appx 'A' to BOQ for purpose of guidance of tenderer only. (ii) Please note that NO claim whatsoever on any account of any errors/ inaccurancies on completed quantities given in Appx 'A' inserted by MES shall be entertained at a later. (iii) The tenderer shall workout incomplete/ balance items of works independently on visiting the site personally and quote their lumpsum amount accordingly for completion of buildings all as shown in drawings and as specified.

SCHEDULE "A" PART -XI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Note:- This schedule is not pre-priced by MES.

Preparation of beds for ornamental plants with mixture of sand, alluvial soil, cowdung etc and planting of following varity of ornamental plant as (i) Aricaria cookii (ii) aspara grass (iii) Biduli (iv) Cycas (v) Ficus (vi) Nolina (vii) Thuja all as directed. (Note: Each Plant shall be watered and Nourished for at least a period of 3 months.)

Preparation of beds for ornamental plants with mixture of sand, alluvial soil, cowdung etc and planting of American carpet grass all as directed. (Note: Grass shall be watered and Nourished for at least a period of 3 months.)

Sch 'A' Part-XII SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Note :- Amount of Rs. 1,13,900.21 indicated in Tender Documents as Schedule of Credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
