Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debries out side MD land all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10+5) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3 % by the weight of cement used on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint in normal pattern over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of Wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint in normal pattern / camouflage pattern , over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for scraping/chipping out spilled and loose mortar/concrete cover by chiselling/ wire brushing complete and derusting steel reinforcement of Concrete in column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets, and the like as directed up to 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforecement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75x75x2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guiniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of gaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00 Kg/Sqcm by guiniting machine and finished surface even and fair including necessary dubbing. Guiniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturer's instructions etec complete all as specified and directed. (polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd or their authorised dealer).

M & L for prepararing old decorated steel surfaces by washing down over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated wooden or wood based surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
