M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour with mechanical sander having RPM of 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment, and preparation of old plastered/scrapped surfaces of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by external wall putty/crack fill paste and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm to 2mm over the prepared plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surfaces with mechanical grinder for make the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint (The second coat shall applying after 6 to 8 hrs of first coat) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives & Color stay technology, Excellent dirt pickup resistance @ 1.79 litre/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre (Undiluted) / 10 sqm over old/new putty surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Painting will be using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed.

Material & Labour and preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm old/new plastered walls/ceiling surfaces. (Work will be carried out in different shade, the shade shall be directed by Engr in Charge/GE)

Preparation of brick/concrete surfaces, Supply and applying base coat of SBR based polymer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm after drying and applying two coats of two componenet of glass fibre re-inforced polymer modified cementitious water proof slurry mortar @ 1.5 to 1.7 Kgs per coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material exc 100 mtr as specified.

M&L Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work/ stone wall surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified.

Material ad labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and preparing the surfaces for distempering and incl a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified.
