Material and Labour for cutting existing steel tubing for alteration or addition (Each cut measured) of the sizes and screwing existing steel tubing for alteration of size 40/50/80 mm bore size. Complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of valve chamber by cleaning and removing small bushes inside and surrounding the valve chamber and necessary brick works, plastering in cement mortar 1:4, painting with antifungal paint of 2 coats inside and out side including dismantling of unserviceable MS sheet cover, S & F new MS sheet cover of 3.15mm thick with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide to steel surface and locking arrangements, including necessary welding 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (internal dimension) Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, base for valve pit, making good the road cutting and like, rounded or chamfered on edges Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair fully automatic star-delta starter in sheet metal enclouser, AC-3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, with-over load protector, single phase protection relay and electronic timer, including taking out old unserviceable one Complete all as specified and directed of motor upto 15 HP capacity.

Supply and Fix in repair DOL/ submersible starter in sheet metal enclouser, AC-3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, including taking out old unserviceable one Complete all as specified and directed of the following capacity :-

(a) For Motor upto 5 to 7.5 HP Submersible Starter, AC, 3 Phase, 415 Volts .

(b) For Motor 10 to 15 HP, submersible starter, AC, 3 Phase, 415 Volts

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Electric monoblock 5 to 7.5HP pumping motor including rewinding of starter of the motor, transport burnt motor to civil work shop, removing burnt / unserviceable windings completely including insulation material and rewinding stator with super enamelled copper wire of standard specification with standard insulation material complete and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc including replacing defective bushes, bearing by new one and the contractor has furnished a 6 month warranty for all parts and rewinding Complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Electric monoblock 10 to 15 HP pumping motor including rewinding of starter of the motor, transport burnt motor to civil work shop, removing burnt / unserviceable windings completely including insulation material and rewinding stator with super enamelled copper wire of standard specification with standard insulation material complete and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc including replacing defective bushes by new one Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing existing Centrifugal pump set from base frame after disconnecting suction & delivery lines replacing bearings, repairing and grinding the shaft etc complete and reassembling and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc Complete all as specified and directed for the capacity upto 7.5 HP pump set and the contractor has furnished a 6 month warranty for all parts and rewinding or as directed. Notes : (i) Replacement of major parts will be measured & paid separately (ii) Any minor part if required will be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

Material and Labour for removing existing Centrifugal pump set from base frame after disconnecting suction & delivery lines replacing bearings, repairing and grinding the shaft etc complete and reassembling and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc complete and the contractor has furnished a 6 month warranty for all parts and rewinding all as directed for the capacity of 10 to 15 HP pump set Notes : (i) Replacement of major parts will be measured & paid separately (ii) Any minor part if required will be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

Removal of existing submersible pump set of any capacity from the existing borewell (by using any method) of any depth and transporting to workshop for checking and bringing back after repair, reinstalling of submersible pump set in the borewell including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of any T&P or machinery required for carrying out the work (ii) Replacement/Repair will be measured separately.

Supply of the following spare parts for submersible pump and the contractor has furnished a 6 month warranty for all parts complete all as specified and directed. against above serial item No 27 :-

(a) GM impeller

(b) GM Neck ring

(c) Coupling sleeve

(d) MS Stud for pump

(e) Bush for submersible motor

(f) Bush for pump

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 2900 RPM Electric Submersible pumping motor upto 15 HP capacity. Dismantling of burnt motor, cutting and taking out burnt stator winding from motor, cleaning the stator and rewinding with super enamelled water proof copper wire of original gauge/size including re-assembling complete and the contractor has furnished a 6 month warranty for all parts and rewinding Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Removing, lifting and refixing are not included in the unit rate quoted but same are deemed to be included in Ser No 28.

Supply and fix in for submerssible cable, flat, PVC insulated copper conductor stranded type, 1100 volts grade of size 3 core 6 sq. mm size, including jointing of cable with proper kit, connecting to motor and starter with suitable thimble including dismantling the old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs Single phase preventer and connected to existing starter, suitable for centrifugal pump set of capacity upto 15 HP Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for back wash of pressure filter by closing inlet/ outlet valves and releasing pressure. Open backwash inlet and drain valves to allow upward flow and removes of all dirty water and sludge with brush to remove impurities and restore its water flow upto pressure level and resume normal operation by using any requirments at site during backwash under GE (I) (CG) Goa pump house Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surface of installation by removing all dirt, dust, grease, oil etc and painting complete Pump set including accessories with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red-oxide primer all as specified & directed for the following size pump and motor and connected items sluice valve and delivery/suction pipe line, etc complete in CG Area pump houses, Goa comprising of the following :- a) Pump & motors upto 15 HP capacity b) Sluice valves c) NRVs Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for bacteriological and chemical analysis of water sample at DIRECTORATE OF HEALTH SERVICES, ENVIRONMENTAL AND POLLUTION CONTROL WING, PANAJI- GOA Complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The water sample should be carried in sterilised bottle/ watercan which are to be collected from the SCIENTIFIC OFFICER, ENVIRONMENTAL AND POLLUTION CONTROL WING, PANAJI- GOA by the contractor (b) Testing to be carried out every six months (c) The following pump houses will be measured separately:- (i) Tech Area Pump House.

Supply only chloroscope for measurement of chlorine level in water showing indication 01.,0.2,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 PPM and above including box type indicator showing indication along with 02 Nos test tubes reagent Complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of under ground water storage sump capacity of 8000 to 12000 gallens under GE (I) (CG) Goa pump house & 39.37 Acres CG Enclave Chicolna Complete all as specified and directed. having the following process as under:- (a) Dewatering the tank including all dirt dust and mud. (b) Desilting and removal of dirty water and sludge with wire brush inside wall and floor surface to remove impurities. (c) Cleaning of walls,ceiling and bottom of tank by high pressure water jet and bleaching powder. (d) Removing,shifting mud/impured material to a distance 10m away from sump. (e) Writing the capacity and date of cleaning with white and black enamelled paint
