Dismantling of old & damage GI Sheets of existing structure with labour & shifting up to 50 mtr. (CSI No. 15.07)

Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with moorum/shingle/kankar requiring the use of special T&P such as pickaxes, sabbals etc including lift 30 m and including filling ,watering & ramming of excavation earth into the trenchs or into the space between the building & slides of foundationcomplete size of 1.5mx1.2mx1.5m for (10 nos.) column for 4''x 4" Hollow M.S. Pipe including all T&P, labour charges etc.

Concreting & grouting of 10 nos. 4"x4" hollow MS pipe with ratio of 1:6:12 and size of .45mx.45mx1m including all materials, T&P , Labour charges

Supply and fabrication of 10 nos. column of 4"x4" hollow M.S. Pipe in height of 7 mtr with proper welding , grinding & fixing etc.

TOP PLATE:- Top plate "Double" size 300 x 300 x 12 mm thick supply and installation with proper welding on column with clit support.

Purlin Section - Supply & fabrication of Purlin section with 2"x2" with proper welding and grinding including all related materials,T&P & Labour charges etc.

Providing & fixing of precoated galvanished iron sheet for Horizontal direction

Painting or Varnishing over new iron structure

Supply & installation of Electrical equipments fan, light,including complete wiring with fitting.

Shifting of HV LV Machine, Oven & Oil tank

Dismantling of all working equipments like as HV, LV winding machines, HV covering machine & 2 nos Oven with foundation and safe carriage at suitable place.

Dismantling and Safe shifting of 5 KL Oil Tank at suitable place.

Safe Shifting & Reinstallation of all HV/LV machines, ovens at suitable place properly.

Repairing and Painting of Testing Room

Applying Birla wall putty or equivalent on birla wall putty on previously bill aputty smoothen surface over one coat water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothering and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction including cost of all material , T&P , and labour required for proper completing of work

Painting one coat with APEX or equivalent weather coat paint over prepared and primed surface including cost of all material , T&P , and labour required for proper completing of work

Construction of Approch Road for shed.

Dismantling brickwork or stone work inlime or cement mortar and, including stacking of dismantalied materials as directed by the Enginer incharge within distance of 60 meters.(CSI No.15.03)

Construction of approch road with 4 cm thick 1:2:4 plain Cement concrete with cement approved coarse sand & 2 cm approved stone ballast laidinpanel finished with 3 mm floating coat neat cement orcement marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified and removing any overlapping mortor at the joint of the panel if any and givingthem a uniform finish including supply all materials , labour & T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work (CSI no.12.03)

Construction of wall around scrap room

Dismantling brickwork or stone work inlime or cement mortar and, including stacking of dismantalied materials as directed by the Enginer incharge within distance of 60 meters.(CSI No.15.03)

First Class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all matarials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 6.01)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & two part coarse sand (1:2), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc for proper compleation of work.

Making Arrangement for cleaning of core assembly by providing high pressure JET pump in pit area with pipe & other accessories

Supply and installation of pipe lines using heavy duty C class pipe along with valves and T joint connector, L-bow etc. And dagging of Nail (15cm wide and 30cm deep) on the floor/wall (30cm wide and 15 cm deep) for laying of pipe line and filling the Nail back by CC ratio 1:2 complete jobs.
