M & L Repairs to pot holes any depth n,exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc, cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10Sqm of paving bitumen (VG-30), putting in premix bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scarifying or picking up gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM with coarse aggregate of specified grade as per MORTH, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical paver/grader and tondom vibratory roller/earth compactor of capacity 8 ton to 15 ton or compaction to achive the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code, laid in layers of consolidated thickness all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 above but except materials

M &L Preparing unsurfaced WMM surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms, and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1 @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : HINCOL or equivalent

M & L Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content using paving bitumen) by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less). Note :- The contractor quoted the rate shall be deemed to include the follwing elements:- (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt approved lab and shall get the same got approved from GE before incorporating in the work. (ii) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt for every load of materials brought at site. (iii) In case variation in bitumen content as per approved mix design in comparison with the bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1 @ 2.5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over bituminous macadam etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- HINCOL or equivalent as approved by GE.

Preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm with sprayer over bituminous macadam etc complete all as specified and directed. Make :- HINCOL or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade), 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) using binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix (Job mix), using mechanical paver rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller & compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor quoted the rate shall be deemed to include the follwing elements:- (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt approved lab and shall get the same got approved from GE before incorporating in the work. (ii) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt for every load of materials brought at site. (iii) In case variation in bitumen content as per approved mix design in comparison with the bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment

M&L for preparation of New/existing black bituminous road/concrete surface and painting lines dashes (continuous/interrupted), arrows,letters etc on road 2.5 + 0.5mm thick and n. exc 10cm wide with one coat of hot applied white /golden/yellow auto retro-reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflectory glass beads on bituminous road all as specified in clause 803.40 of MORTH specification over a coat of self primer using special applicator machine as per IRC pattern including cleaning of road surface free from dust & moisture and putting in duly mixed with 8% mica sign special applicatore machine complete all as specified and as directed Make of paint : CMS Bombay / Shivalik Prime-Chandigarh / Ritco / Meerut / SN Industries-Delhi) as approved by GE

S & F in repairs Cat eyes duel directional glass bads reflector body material ABS plastic size 117mm x 117mm x 23mm reflector 19 or 21 Bi convex glass element on each side compressive strength upto 35 tons. Colour body yellow colour with red reflector. Fixing by means of nail and epoxy fixing to roads by hammering complete all as specified and directed Make : M/S Kranti Industries (Nasik) , M/S Road Saftey Mark (Nasik) or 3D/Dark Eye/Automat/Alcolite as approved by GE.

S & F in repairs solar stud made out of casting, with 3 LEDs on each side fixed with epoxy compound including cleaning of existing surface complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs tubular delineator made out of 100mm GI pipe medium grade with total height of 900mm, black colour powder coated, high density reflective taping at top and three bands of 25mm wide white reflective tape on pipe. Metal jali to protect High density reflective taping and fixing with and including excavation in post holes in hard/dense soil, filling of mass concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, incl removal of surplus soil and making good existing surfaces complete all as directed .

S&F in repairs road safety Convex mirror model No OS-790 from OSCAR safety solutions or other equivalent approved make 80 CM dia incl fixing and anchoring complelete all as directed.
