Demolition of existing bituminous macadam and PCC road/Plinth foundation of any grade/ mix up to 300 mm thickness including removal of demolished spoil/concrete debris for depositing to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 5.0 km from the demolition site and properly leveling the deposited debris/ spoil at the dumping location etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing WBM and GSB surface from foundation and removing the material up to 100m & grading including segregation /screening & stacking the serviceable materials within 100m for re use in shoulder portion and balance unserviceable material shall be measured under Sch of credit complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any grade/mix & thickness including removal of demolished spoil/concrete debris for depositing to the area located at 1.5 Km to 5.0 Km distance from the demolition site and properly leveling the demolished debris/ spoil at the dumping location etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing WBM and GSB surface from foundation and removing the material exc 1.5 km but n.exc 5.0 km complete all as specified and directed.

RUNWAY

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 m wide, not exc 1.50 m deep, not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and exc 1.5 m deep but n.exc 3.00 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 100 metre and depositing where directed for using in cement soil stablisation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for forming embankment filling with cement stabilized soil (obtained from excavation) including spreading leveling, watering, ramming, pulversing, blending of cement with soil stabilization by mixing as per design mix cement (by weight) through mechanical operation and rolling the mixture and consolidation the surface (500 mm thick compacted thickness) in layers, each layer shall not be less than 100 mm thick & not more than 200 mm thick (both compacted thickness) and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne vibrator roller all as specified and directed to achieve K - value as 5 kg /cm3 finishing to required shape, size, camber & gradient etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cement shall be measured and paid as " Supply Only" under respective item) .

Supply only ordinary portland cement 43 grade of approved brand/make in bags of 50 kg each all as specified & directed .

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller including filling in soft spots, depressions etc., which occur during rolling to required camber and gradient etc. including watering before and during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm (compacted thickness) Granular sub-base course (GSB) Grade-V in a single layer (specification as per TI 09/2018) over compacted sub grade with stone aggregates by using motor grader, spreading, levelling and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight (for layers more than 100 mm thick) and consolidating to required gradient and camber, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) using crushed stone coarse aggregate of approved grading , laid in two layers each of 75 mm thickness (compacted) with sensor paver, each layer spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including necessary lateral support & form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) having compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa at 7 days. Min cement content must not be less than 140 Kg/Cum and mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by sensor paver including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheeled rollers with 80-100 KN capacity of static/vibratory roller including necessary formwork, finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious material spread evenly to uniform thickness over DLC / WMM layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet virgin quality having minimum weight 390 Gram per Sqm laid over sand cushioning as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips as minimum 150 mm and transverse joints at ends minimum 300 mm etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) No additional payment shall be made for overlap. (ii) Sand shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for 300 mm thick pavement quality control concrete (PQC) with minimum flexural strength of 45kg/ Sqcm Lower Control Limit (LCL) at 28 days pavement slab using minimum 350 Kg of cement per Cum as per IRC-44 (Only 43 Grade OPC) mixed with non-circular synthetic fibre (as per generic specification given by E-in-C Branch) by mechanical means at rate of 0.25% by weight of cement per Cum of PQC. The maximum size of aggregate in PQC must be 31.50 mm and gradation as per IRC-44, 2017 laid, spread and compacted with slip form paver including Curing and tinning by mechanical equipment complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Spreading of curing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

M&L for 150 mm thick pavement quality control concrete (PQC) with minimum flexural strength of 45kg/Sqcm, Lower Control Limit (LCL) at 28 days pavement slab using minimum 350 Kg of cement per Cum as per IRC-44 (Only 43 Grade OPC in PQC) mixed with non-circular synthetic fibre (as per generic specification given by E-in-C Branch) by mechanical means at rate of 0.25% by weight of cement per Cum of PQC. The maximum size of aggregate in PQC must be 31.50 mm and gradation as per IRC-44, 2017 laid, spread and compacted with slip form paver including curing, brooming except spreading of curing compound complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Spreading of curing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

M&L for 8 to 10mm wide, 27 mm deep dummy/contraction joints with 3mm recessed top and providing close cell polythene back up rod 10mm dia with de-bonding tape, two coat of priming vertical sides of joints and sealing the joints ( top 12 mm leaving 3mm recess) with single component polyurethane sealant confirming to requirement in BS-5212 and EN 141875- 2002 for hydrolysis/water resistant test and applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied including initial cutting of 1/3 rd of slab thickness or 100mm depth as shown on drg and as specified for PQC of main Run way.

M&L for 8 to 10mm wide, 27 mm deep dummy/contraction joints with 3mm recessed top and providing close cell polythene back up rod 10mm dia with de-bonding tape, two coat of priming vertical sides of joints and sealing the joints ( top 12 mm leaving 3mm recess) with single component polyurethane sealant confirming to requirement in BS-5212 and EN 141875- 2002 for hydrolysis/water resistant test and applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied including initial cutting of 1/3 rd of slab thickness or 50mm depth as shown on drg and as specified ( for paved shoulder)

M&L for 28 mm deep, 10mm wide,construction joints with 3mm recessed top and providing close cell polythene back up rod 10mm dia with de-bonding tape, two coat of priming vertical sides of joints and sealing the joints ( top 13 mm excluding 3mm recess) with single component polyurethane sealant confirming to requirement in BS-5212 and EN 141875- 2002 for hydrolysis/water resistant test and applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied all as shown on drg and as specified.

M&L for spray curing compound with mechanical process over newly casted expose surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The sprayng of curing compound shall be carried out @ 5.5 Sqm per Ltr.

M&L for preparing new concrete/bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (continuous/un-interrupted), arrows, letters, etc exceeding 10 cm width with two coats of water based road marking paint in white, golden, yellow or red colour over a coat of primer complete using road painting machine all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Paint and primer shall be of Asian/Shalimar/Berger/J&N/Nerolac make.

M & L for 500 mm thick (Compacted thickness) granular sub base (GSB) grade V laid in layers not exc 200 mm thick (Compacted thickness) in each layer with stone aggregate using motor grader, spreading, levelling and rolling with vibratory roller and consolidating to required gradient, camber etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Thickness may vary as per site requirement.

M&L for forming embankment filling with usable material obtained from demolition of WBM and GSB and blending with soil of 30% ( total Qty or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge) including spreading leveling, watering, ramming, pulversing through mechanical operation and rolling the mixture and consolidation the surface (300 mm thick compacted thickness) in two layers of 150mm each (compacted thickness) and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne vibrator roller complete all as specified and directed

M&L for use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts and rafts beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similiar works vertical or batter for fair finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in for encashing the pipe line by laying the concrete in foundation, sides and top of pipe and filling the concrete with out any voids, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Form work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Reinforcement Concrete pipe NP-4 pipe 450 mm bore with collar, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:2 with spun yarn and tested complete all as specified and directed

Repair to existing rigid pavement (Cracks/ Joints)

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/ surfaces cut to rectangular section, removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc. 200m but n. exc 500m and cleaning the surface and filling FLEXOPATCH-ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE OF CHOKSEY all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE Mortar shall be "QUARTZ" with fibre and hardener, resin will be of M/s CHOKSEY or as specified in PS.

M&L for preparation of existing joints by manually/ mechanically raking out to depth of 20 to 25mm and width of joints 21 to 25mm, cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all the fine particles, cleaning to concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing away the existing sealing compound and all other loose materials to a distance exc 200 meter but n.exc 250 meter as directed and providing a back rod/de-bonding strip (thickness 10 to 12mm) applying primer to joint with light pressure and filling the joints with polyurethane base sealing compound (pitch free) ISI marked single compound including fixing masking tape to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of sealant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying heavy duty PVC flexible hose pipes 80mm dia for cable protection of runway lights complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out existing old AFLS underground cable of any size for aviation light from northern runway area and handover to AF authority for disposal complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down existing old serviceable three aspect runway edge lights including MS angle iron brackets and isolation transformer from northern runway area and handed over to CCR/ concern AF authority for refixing the same at location / site by the AF authority on completion of runway work etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F cast iron gratings of size 450 mm x 450 mm at the mouth of HDPE pipe lines in inspection and collection chamber fixed with necessary fixing arrangement to prevent rodent entry, complete all as specified and directed.
