Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).

Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size (to be paid for separately)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-incharge.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying under ground low density foamed cellular wall PVC pipes and couplers conforming to IS:16098 (PART-1) including fixing pipe ends with solvent based cement adhesive in proper alignment complete as directed. (Note: The joint shall be tested for leakage before covering with infill material over the pipes)

Removing of interlocking CC paver blocks intact along the proposed sewer line. Cleaning and stacking the removed paver blocks etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm welded to MS frame made of 25x5 mm alround flat strengthend horizontally and vertically at centre with 25x5 mm flat fixed to opening with screws and rawal plugs. Entire frame shall be easily detachble for maintenance and shall be prepainted before fixing with synthetic enamel paint including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. (synthetic enamel shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing anodized 100 mm aluminium locking clip for sliding aluminium window fixing with steel screws etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Cutting of banyan/peepal tree growth around pipes/chambers up to sixth floor level and root extractions with following operations (scaffolding and dismantling of pipes shall be paid for separately wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge) a) Cutting branches/stems with hand saw/axe etc. including drilling 10mm dia. holes of 100mm deep in as many branches as possible at site and grouting Systemic Herbicide containing Glyphosate 41% (Glycocin of Maharashtra biofertilizer or roundup of Bayer) with 10ml injection syringe, with all safety precaution such as hand gloves, plastic container for handling the chemical, soap for washing hands immediately after grout operation under proper supervision

Uprooting the left over stem/roots embeded in masoary wall/slab adjecent to drainage pipes, after fifteen days with chiesel and pluging gap with cement mortar, disposal of vegetation, debris within 50m lead.

Cutting of dried heavy branches (girth around 1.0 m and length around 5m and above) of huge trees which are high above the ground and stretched across the main road likely to be broken and fall at any moment- posing very dangerous to the pedestrians, vehicles and buildings - cutting manually or mechanically and safely bring them to the ground using ropes and manpower including cutting them in to small logs and dispose of up to a distance of 50 m etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. (rate includes getting permision from forest department for cutting branches)

Providing and fixing ready made GI slotted wall bracket with 8 mm GI -U bolt with nuts and washer including fixing wall bracket on wall/ RCC surface by 10 mmx100 mm expansion anchor bolts etc. complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge for fixing up to 110 mm dia SWR pipes

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC SWR pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type-B, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion
