REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL TYPE AC PLANT IN DEPOT AREA UNDER GE BHARATPUR

M& L for comprehensive periodic maintenance, repair & servicing of central Air conditioning plant Make : Voltas of capacity 100 TR Model : EGWFXR1001MLB2 and connected ventilation system existing at 39 FAD Bharatpur as per manufacturers instructions by authorised dealer of company for 2 Nos of chilling machine of screw type compressor 100 TR , each single stage, 3000 RPM,415 Volts, 3 Phase,50 Hz, semihermatic electric motor of capacity 67 KW, shell and tube type condensor with carbon steel plate, copper tube, externally and internally to pass water flow 1400 USG/PM with carbon plate shell and tube flooded type chiller unit, including descaling of machine and connected water pipeline using suitable chemical for descaling of shell and tube type evaporator alongwith valve arrangement for the descaling work , greasing , lubrication of moving parts and pressure tasting for entire system of AC plant of all three set of condenser, compressor and circulating system with CO2/Nitrogen gas and retain to allow the pressure for three days. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure shall be located and arrest the leakage immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure are to be taken to stop the leakage premanently and recommissioning of 100 TR water cooled Screw Chiller as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: (i) Contractor shall submit inspection report along with recoomendation of spare with price list to be replaced for smooth function of the AC Plant and verified the correctness of chiller system/Plant as per OEM. (ii) Cost of spares, refrigrant and compressor oil as wherever required to be replaced/ replenished shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

S&F in replacement of Old lube oil of Screw compressor, flushing and replacement with New Lube oil all as per specification of OEM standard (SOLSET-120) including testing complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Labour shall be included in item No 1.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable Drier Core as per existing site complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Labour shall be included in item No 1. Make:- Danfoss.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable Filter Drier all as per existing site complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Labour shall be included in item No 1. Make:- Danfoss.

S&F in replacement for charging of Refrigerant R-134A in the system to its rating capacity to the extent to full fill required temperature conditions and service leak testing and complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Labour shall be included in item No 1.

S&F in replacement of old temperature sensors in the incoming/outgoing water pipeline of the chiller unit all as per existing site complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Labour shall be included in item No 1.

S&F in replacement of old pressure transducers on the chiller unit all as per existing site and specifications complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Labour shall be included in item No 1. Make: MCS Control/Danfoss or suitable equivalent.

S&F in replacement of old driver for Expansion valve all as per existing site and specifications complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Labour shall be included in item No 1. Make: MCS Control/Danfoss or suitable equivalent

S&F in replacement of Switching Fuse Unit (SFU) in chiller unit panel of Cap-160-200 Amps complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Labour shall be included in item No 1. Make : Siemens/L&T or equivalent in C&S/CG

S&F in replacement of HRC Fuse in chiller unit panel of Cap-160 Amps complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Labour shall be included in item No 1. Make : Siemens/L&T or equivalent in C&S/CG

M&L for complete servicing of condenser/chiller centrifugal pumpset of 20LPS and 12.5HP motor by engaging sufficient man power and suiatble T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnection suction and discharge water lines and removing of electric connection, dismantling the pumpset from MS Foundation including Greasing, Bearing replacement, Alignment of pump and refit the same complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:- Note :-(i) The rate considered is inclusive of tools and plants required for carrying out the repairs. (ii) The rate considered is inclusive of cost towards miscellaneous items such as cotton waste, grease and other consumables.

M&L for rewinding of Unserviceable motor of Cap-12.5 HP, type and make as per site including disconnecting unserviceable burn out winding completely, insulating materials and rewinding of the complete stator with super enameled copper wire of existing size applying proper insulation ‘F’ class varnish drying in oven, assembling, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as per directed.

All as per Sr item No 5 here-in-above but for the motor of Capacity 5 HP

M&L for complete servicing to FRP based Cooling Tower of Capacity 100 TR by dismanteling PVC Honeycomb Fills, Coupling cooling Fan, sprinkellers, draining out of water, removing Algae, silt, cleaning complete cooling tower body by removing scale, dust, dirt, cleaning existing external surface and servicing of mechanical componenets and welding to cross members and frame bracing components incl repair of Bottom Tray (FRP Plate) of cooling tower with suitable water chemical (FRP resin), including replacement of gear box bearings, greasing and overhauling of the complete transmission system of cooling tower and re-assembling all the dismantled componenets to its original position, testing complete all as specified and as per directed. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

S&F in repair/replacement of PVC Honeycomb fills for 100TR cooling tower incl dismantling/removing of old PVC fills as per site requirement (600mmx300mmx150mm) complete all as specified and as per directed.

S&F in repair/replacement of Cooling Tower sprinkler system alongwith PVC connection pipes 40mm for cooling tower of capacity 100 TR, complete all as specified and as per directed.

M&L for complete servicing to AHUs of Capacity 8000CFM complete with various accessories i.e. blower with casing, Chiller water coil, Hot water coil, pre filter & fine filter frame, drive motor, humidification kit, motorised control valves, control panel including descaling of chilled/hot water coils, Greasing, Lubricating of moving parts and Repair/Replacement of bush, thrust plate, gland packing, driver pully, driver shaft and re-assembling all the dismantled componenets to its original position, testing complete all as specified and as per directed. Note :- (i) AHU chilled/hot water coils using chemical with brass brush in-order to remove all type of sledge/dust precipitatated on the coil without any damage to the copper coil then wash the cooling with fresh water and air blower upto the satisfactory of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Iron body of the AHU inside and outside shall be scrap down and rub out with sand paper then apply one coat primer over a coat of synthetic enameld paint including part of duct portion in the AHU shall be completed upto the satisfactory of Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preventive maintenance of Water softening plant of Capacity 50m3/day comprising of the water softener, Non chemical type scale preventor of 150mm dia, for designed hardness 600PPM, product hardness <5 PPM Make: Indian Ion exchange complete alongwith periodic replacement of filters and softners and resin chemicals carried out in each month complete all as specified and as per directed. M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as per directed.

S & F for laying galvanized steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles/walls under road crossing of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and as per directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using suitable tools and machinery for laying of pipe upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid in concern Item
