Periodical load testing and greasing of flame proof EOT/HOT cranes of capacity 3 Ton single/double girder for all motion i.e hoisting traverse, cross travel and longitudinally in full loaded condition, testing to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified (The load near one end shall be provided by the Department and be transported to other end and again brought back to the first end is contractors responsibility).

All as per ser item No 1 here-in-before but EOT/HOT crane of capacity 5 Ton single/double girder complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Taking down the HOT crane from the Steel structure, dismantling complete HOT crane capacity 5/3 ton replacing the worn out Gears and reassembling the Crane reinstalling the crane to steel structure and testing for smooth working complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out the unserviceable LT motor from EOT crane capacity 5/3 ton for rewinding and rewinding with existing gauge of wire complete .Installing & testing for smooth working complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in replacement for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal GL with the top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below the normal GL connected to 20X3mm copper strip as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of brass and protected by 40 mm GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) including GI wire meshed funnel and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate, coping shall be (1:3:6) type CI using 20mm stone aggregate with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) pit cover re-inforced with 8mm dia at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with angle iron frame, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil of earth complete all as shown in electrical plate of SSR Part I and as specified including charcoal dust, common salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing of earthing on completion. NOTE 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and copper strip 20X3mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.

Supply and fix in replacement, earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required copper strip 20x3 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement, air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement, test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25 cm hexagonal head screw all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 50 mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade fixed to poles/Walls etc, for holding Air termination with coupling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation of stays and including necessary form work of poles etc complete all as specified and directed .
