Excavation and Earth Works

S&F energy saving LED 20 watt batten light fitting box type 230 volts surface mounted complete with all accessories pre wired, providing flexible copper wired, providing flexible copper wire, 3 core 0.50 sqmm PVC insulated and overall sheathed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 10W LED light fitting surface mounted provide with high output diffuser 2 ft long, suitable for 230 volts complete with all accessories, pre-wired and providing flexible copper wire, three core cable 0.50 PVC insulated and overall sheathed omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing LED security light fitting 25 watt, having uniformaty ratio 0.25, high pressure die cast aluminum housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP66 protection complete with lamp & connected items and connection with, suitable cable from, ceiling rose to light fitting and fixing on Gl pipe bracket made out of suitable dia Gl pipe medium grade 1.2mtr long bent to shape and-fixed on wall with flat iron clamps,nut, bolts washer etc all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

S & F 15mm dia health faucet with 1 meter long choromium plated, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new/previously untreated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paint and making of guide lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 2.0 to 2.5 mm thick, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required, using glass beads necessary for acheiving reflection on roads, pavements and the like of any description and any width all as per MORTH clause 803.4 and BS 6088 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for cat eye road stud of size 90mmx 110mmx17mm made of heavy ABS body conforming to ASTM standard having load capacity of 60 ton with reflectors on both sides and fixing with epoxy on road complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made pre-cast cement concrete kerb stone of design mix M-35 grade size 900mm length, 300mm height, bottom width 125 mm and top width 80mm, kerb stone should be manufactured in jointless moulds on vibration compaction table and finishes smooth as per required shape, size and pattern and setting in position, in cement mortar 1:4, jointing and pointing with cement mortar 1:2 complete.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

BOREWELL

Supply, lowering and welding MS ERW slotted housing pipe of size 150mm bore having thickness 8 mm as per IS-4270: 1992 and slot size 2"x1/16" and area of slot between 15 to 22% of screened area including welding of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and pouring/packing washed pea gravells of size 3mm to 5mm round in shape around the linear assembly to the entire depth of bore hole upto ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F housing clamp for 150mm dia pipe made out of flat iron 100x12mm thick with required bolts, nuts & washers including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat ofred oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F housing clamp for 50mm dia pipe made out of flat iron 100x12mm thick with required bolts, nuts & washers including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat ofred oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well cap fabricated out of 6mm thick MS Sheet for 150mm dia bore pipe in two piece having 80mm dia hole in centre with external bracket of flat iron of size 100mm x 6mm thick complete with nuts, bolts and washers including painting with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Junction box of size 155x210x92 mm, IP 66, factory made, weather proof, front openable including 2 Nos. aluminium bus bars mounted on insulators heavy duty of rating 32 Amp, with knockouts for cable entry from bottom complete with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers for fixing on street light poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor wire of size 1.5 sqmm, 2 core, Assessed 1100 volts for street light fitting connection from junction box to street light fitting with and including PVC conduit and fixing on street light pole with clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Out door type cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, Assessed 415V, 50 Hz fabricated in with MS sheet not less than 3.15mm thick provided with Job suitable gasket to make it dust and vermin proof and the panel duly supported with suitable size of angle iron. The LT panel shall be front and back openable and having inner and outer shells. The inner shells duly compartmentalized for each control gears. The panel should have suitable size of aluminium Bus -bar three phase 4 wire system having current carrying capacity of 300 Amps. The panel should incorporate (i) Digital type Volt meter 0-500V range-01 No., (ii) Digital type ampere meter 0-200A range - 01 No. (iii) Phase indicator lamp (LED type) - 1 Set (set of three) complete with the following incoming and outgoing controls: INCOMING : MCCB 4 pole 200 Amp 25 KA -01 No. OUTGOING : (i) MCCB 100 Amp 3 pole 16 KA = 03 Nos. ii) MCB outgoing SP 10 Amp, 10 KA - 03 Nos.

Providing and fixing of CGWB/GRIHA approved Pure Rain Filter 700mm dia with 300mm dia inlet and outlet to accumulate storm water having desilting suspended solid catcher made out of FRP with strainers steel 304 grade strainers, having steel bucket of 60micron capable of eliminating finer particulate matter upto160mmicron filtration made of SS net with long fiber foam of 25mm thickness, green color, filtration capacity 40-80 kiloliters complete in accordance to the design, drawing and specification complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Total depth of filter shall be 2000mm including two filter extension. lifting at any height, loading, unloading all taxes charges, all I & M, T & Pas complete job Nothing extra Will be paid whatsoever the case complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing of Co-polymer based rainwater harvesting structure including supply of cross wave of size 494 mm x 494mm x220mm with minimum void ratio of 94.7% having a weight of 1.8 kg and spacers having size of 988 mm x 240 mm x 25 mm having a weight of 0.8 kg of approved make and arranging the same in as directed by the engineer -in-charge and in complete accordance to the design, drawings, The rates are inclusive of all necessary tran portation, loading, unloading excise, vat control;etc.as per entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charges, all I & M, T & P as complete job Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be
