Surface dressing in soft / loose soil n.exc 15 cm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description PCC in ground floor & paving (not exceeding 15cm below/above ground level) provided for complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surface of old concrete roof/ floor for removing old bitumen coat/any other type of treatment etc. by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Square metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25cm, watering including removing surplus material upto 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, pipe line, cable trenches not exc1.5 mtr in depth & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternative layers all around top and bottom and electrode connection by using 32x6mm GI earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles including 40mm GI tubing medium grade protection pipe, 20mm medium grade watering pipe GI with funnel Y wire mesh PCC chamber in concrete (1:3:6) type C2 and RCC pit cover in M 25 (deesign mix) complete all as shown in Electrical plate No3 of SSR (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and testing on completion. Note: Unit rate shall include for protection pipe, GI water pipe, earthing strip upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate, wire mesh, funnel, excavation RCC pit cover, test point etc. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 1,84,550.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material.
