Taking down old unserviceable chemical/ Copper/ GI earthing complete with all connected items all as specified and directed.
Taking dwon old unserviceable GI wire with all connected materials complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable air termination rod any type complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and installation of maintenance free earthing system comprises of molecularly bonded copper of 99.9% purity on low carbon steel of 3m length, having a diameter of 25 mm with copper thickness of 250 microns with fault current withstand capability of 30 KA rms value of 1 second and I peak of 80 KA, tested as per IEC 62561-2, meets the requirement of IS-3043 & IEC 60364-5-54, tested in CPRI for short circuit with standing capacity, Earth conductivity enhancing mineral compound to be used as a backfill compound for earth electrodes; highly conductive in all weather conditions is used for improving the soil conductivity. The materials shall be mineral inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment and non corrosive to earth rod. The materials should have a resistivity less than 0.2 ohm –m. It should be free hazardous substances. The mineral compound is required to have minimum 25 kg of the total composites. Universal clamp made of SS 304 for clamping, Polypropylene & polyethylene Earth electrode inspection chamber with heavy duty cover should be used to cover the earth rod. The dimension shall be 170 mm x 170 mm x 190 mm with a weight bearing capacity of 50 KN, including provision and laying galvanised steel flat 30 x 3 mm thick from earth electrode to test joint directly in ground as required (Hot dip GI strip, corrosion resistant – cross sectional area of 90 mm square, as per IEC 62305, Zinc coating : 500 g/m square, 70 micron coating complete all as specified and directed. Make: OBO/ABB/JMV/Ashlok Note : Earth result after installation completely should be less than 2 Ohm .
M&L for Earthing of Equipment complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600×600×3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to Copper earth strip 20x3.15 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or HS steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point and necessary excavation and earth work in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with suitable size of CI cover plate not less than 10mm thick with MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm and opening arrangement incl providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect, including 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron protection pipe up to earthing test point as directed, incl disposal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth result after installation completely should be less than 2 Ohm.
M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised steel earth wire 4mm dia as earthing lead upto equipment/ pole by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade as protection pipe, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chamber, CI cover plate not less than 10mm thick with MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm and opening arrangement, CI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth result after installation completely should be less than 10 Ohm.
S&F air termination single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long all as specified and directed including necessary fixing arrangement at roof complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of 6 meter long GI tubular of dia 40mm (including 2 mtr FRP) mast on the flat RCC roof/ PCC plateform of the building along with guying arrangement & foundation for fixing of mast with all accessories for installation of lightening arrestor spike on top complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for wraping of barbed wire two strand, galvanised steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings around the pole complete all as specified and directed.
S & F test point termination block of size 75mm × 75mm × 25mm made of Gun Metal or phospherous bronze drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw and box of size 90mm ×90 mm × 90 mm (Made out of 1.6 mm thick plain brass sheet) and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing porcelain vitreous white/ brown/ green spacers insulator of size 75mmx35mmx40mm height complete with one number galvanized iron stud bolts 6mm dia x 40mm long including nuts & washers and two number galvanized iron fixing bolts of size 6mm dia and 50 mm long including washers and drilling holes for holding / fixing of strip/ roof conductor as required including taking down the broken insulator complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F GI tubes 'light grade' ISI marked with all fittings complete to fix at roof slab / Wall / Pavement / PCC of the building of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for new earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 50mm with one handle made out of 8mm dia round bar, 20mm dia GI pipe of light grade for watering funnels, wire mesh three coats of white wash on plastered surfaces (exposed surfaces) and taking down existing broken earth pit complete all as specified and as directed.
