PART-I: ESSENTIAL DETAILS OF ITEMS / STORES / SERVICES REQUIRED FOR PORTA CABIN. (a) Supply, Transportation and Installation of Prefabricated Flat Pack Modular High Altitude Containerized Living Shelter of size 6.00 mtr x 3.00 mtr upto height of 2.90 mtr (b) Internal Size - Size 5.84 mtr x 2.84 mtr x 2.70 mtr. Detail tender drawings are provided along with revised RFP (c) Anchorage if necessary to stabilize the structure due to wind load shall be provided by vendor. (d) The shelter should be able to be easily dismantlable for transportation. (e) The Shelter parts like floor. Walls, Roof etc. should be capable of assembling & disassembling by 5-6 men & Hydra Crane in 7-8 Hrs. PUF flooring incl all fixing arrangements complete all as per specifications mentioned in tender documents and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site: Note :- The rate of hardware and sealant is deemed to be included in the said item. S & F plywood 19 mm thick, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work or steel frame work complete all as specified and directed.S & F 2 mm thick aluminium chequered plate sheet on flooring complete all as specified and directed.S & F 80 mm thick PUF wall panels incl all fixing arrangements complete all as per specifications mentioned in tender documents and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site: (b) PART -II: SANITARY FITTINGS Stainless steel premium /1st quality wash down water closet EWC closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etc with cover complete alll as specified.S & F for PVC low level flushing cistern of 10 ltrs capacity syphonic action type white body with intel ball valve float and handle including bracket and flush pipe etc complete and connecting to WC with PVC flushing pipe and PVC connection 450 mm long.S & F 15mm dia stop valves cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup screwed down high press with crutch or butterfly handle both ends for iron pipe S & F 15mm dia bib taps cast copper alloy fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down , screwed for iron pipe or union. Note : Also specified in RFP and as directed by Engr-in-charge (c) PART -III: ELECTRIC SUPPLYS & F Electric items. Internal electrification of the shelter shall be carried out all as per ISI marked. All material required for the manufacturing of shelters will be new and will comply with relevant IS as applicable and those given succeeding para. The Building shall be considered and manufactured as per IS: 875 for structural design. Steel used shall be conforming to IS: 2062/2011 for steel for general structural purposes. The material should provide insulation against extreme cold weather condition.
