The below mentioned rates are inclusive of all Taxes, levies, duties, transport, insurance charges but exclusive of Goods & Service Tax (GST) and the Goods & Service Tax @18% will be reimbursed extra. 3. Bidder to quote in sheet "BoQ1" only. 4. Enter Bidder's Name in BoQ1 Only. 5. Each bidder can quote for any/both the DOs. Tenderers are required to quote fixed percentage on the rates given in the rate schedule. In case a bidder does not want to quote for any of the DO, the bidder should select option “Not Quoted” in the price bid sheet of that DO. 6. All The calculation will be calculated in BoQ1 sheet automaticaly. 7. The figure '100' given under "Estimated Amount" is notional and not actual estimate. 8. Bidders are advised not to use Information Rights Management (IRM) feature on BoQ and any other excel file submitted during bidding process. IOCL shall not be responsible for any consequential result due to same.

Note: i) GST, as applicable, will be paid extra. ii) Tenderers are advised to submit the rates limited to a maximum of 2 decimal places. In case rates are quoted to more than 2 decimal places then, the amount quoted towards the tender shall be worked out for the rates quoted to first 2 decimal points without rounding off. iii) The tenderer to consider the above and quote accordingly.
