Day to day operation of all the electromechanical accessories pertaining to the entlre AIRP unit such as panel, valves, compressors, blowers, voltagr stabilizer, disinfection arrangement, level sensors, pressure transmitters, flow meters valve actuators, high lift pumps, iron elimination vaIve, arsenic removal valves etc. by engaging operating person and performing backwash whenever system asks for, re-circulation of water from sludge tank using recirculation pump etc. including engagement of competent technical person having sufficient knowledge to monitor daily basis onsite SCADA operation activities for smooth operation through HMI including overall monitoring of the SCADA enabled system.

Day to day /Weekly/Preventive maintenance of compressor,Blower, Pressure transmitters, LeveI Sensor, FIow meter, Valve actuator etc., and changing of gland packing of high lift and Recirculation pump as and when required. Cleaning of contacts once in a month by CRC LT panel, including cleaning of all terminals, sockets, coils once in a month in presence of Electric Supervisor/Electrician. Routine and periodical inspection of entire SCADA System,physical maintenance of SCADA software system etc., including recharging of SIM for data transfer to central server. This includes refilling of compressor oil cheaking of performance of compressor, cheaking of all field instruments and SCADA by deployment of SCADA technician for data transmission and dash board data generation alongwith charging of Lead Packing, CTC or CRC for contact cleaning etc.

Supervision charges for electrical installations by licensed electrician as per IE Rules, 1956 read with latest ammendments overhead expenditures.

Collection of raw water as well as treated water sample (from points specified by the department), carrying the same to PHE designated / PHE approved NGO laboratories for chemical and bacterological test on time.
