Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings (below or above ground level), n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course to sub base, finished surface rough to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations/ mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 60mm thick Machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured chemically treated rubber moulded interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS- 15658-2006 of M-35 grade, laid on 50mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of sand cushion shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates. Make: M/S MEHTAB TILES, M/s NITCO (NITCO), M/s SUPREME TILES (SUPREME)

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC Wall Lining consisting of 25mm thick insulated PVC Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick with wood grain printed PVC sheet duly fitted on PVC frame made of 35x5mm PVC fillets fixed properly in to wall as per manufacturer's instructions and all other accessories required to complete the job as per specifications, drawing, manufacturer's instructions to the e entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including dismantling of existing false ceiling of any description complete all as specified and directed.. Note : The cost of PVC frame shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

S&F 12 mm thick toughened glass as in Glazed automatic sliding glass door (double leaf),cutting to shape, drilling holes as required, having suitable capacity top track operator mechanism, Bi-parting type with interlocking facility between two leafs, horizontal direction operation, Control type- Deadman /Pulse, including door operation mechanism with Timing Belt & Pulley, Operating Switch (Push Button from Inside as well as Push Button/Key Switch from Outside, Vertical EPDM rubber sealing to protect from dust, figured/ frosted glass film of approved pattern/ logo/ shape on one side etc and all required fitments and accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note : Opening area not exc 4.0 Sqm Each

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Putty/POP work in multi layer (total thickness not less than 10mm) as in plaster of Paris (gypsum board) false ceiling of any shape (Square/Circular/Semi circular etc), design and pattern as approved by Engr-in-Charge including required GI frame work and Fibre mesh/ reinforcement (Horizontal & Vertical) fixed properly with walls/ceiling as per manufacturer's instructions, finishing Putty/POP surface even and smooth, painting two or more coat with Premium quality plastic emulsion paint over one coat primer over smooth finish POP surface, making provn for spot lighting/ceiling light as required and all other accessories/fixture/ material required to complete the job in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The work may be executed up to a height of 5.00 m above floor level. (ii) light fittings and wiring work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles in floors etc,7 to 8mm thick, area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n'exc 0.18 sqm (square/ rectangular) tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour/shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
