CA NO CWEAFJ-56/2025-26 SPECIAL REPAIR TO DAMAGED ROAD FROM MAIN BAGH TO LOWER CAMP AT AIR FORCE STATION UDHAMPUR UNDER GE (AF) UDHAMPUR

Repair to pot holes any depth, area not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc. Cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (Gde VG-30) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder contents of paving bitumen (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to require camber and gradient using mechanical paver hot mix plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Premixed carpet shall be laid with mechanical saucer paver and shall be mixed in hot mix plant as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam exc 50 mm , surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness Avg 50mm with paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 and binder content as per design mix but not less than 4% by weight of total mix incl rolling and compaction to achieve desire density complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Repairs to patches where depressions over 5mm thick shall also be carried out under this items. Contractor 's quoted rate for this items shall be deemmed to include for cleaning of surface and removel of the rubbish material to a distance as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen viscosity at grade (VG-10) @ 5 Kg/10Sqm to road surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen viscosity at grade (VG-10) @ 10 Kg/10Sqm to road surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete(SDAC) , 40 mm consolidated/compacted thickness using Hot Mix plant and machanical paver with 5.5% (paving bitumen grade VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tone power road roller to require camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for marking of bituminious roads over centre line/edge line road marking/speed breaker marking over speed breaker using thermoplastic paint (as per ASTM D36/BS-3262 Part-I as approved by GE) (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenious modern propeller road marking machine with a single coat of 2.5mm thickness as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including cost and conveyance, all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inters pillars, pigments as per Morth specifiacations of clause 83.4.2.3 be sprayed at the rateof 250gm/sqm in succession the rate to include cost of all other materials, labour charges for mixing the ingredients to the required temprature, cleaning the road surface, premarking, cautionary sign boards, red flags, traffic cones as per traffic rules, safeguarding the newely painted centre line marking complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantaling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
