Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. ( Group C)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required

a) 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2x4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 4x4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 2 Nos 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

a) 5/6 amps switch

Supplying and fixing following size modules GI box a/w Modular base and cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

SH : - II ( MCCB, MCB & DB'S & fitting)

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

4 way (4 + 12), Double door

Supplying and fixing following way, surface / recess mounting, vertical type, 415V TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted inclusive of 200A tinned copper busbar, common neutral link, earth bar, dinbar for mounting MCB's (But without MCB and incomer)

8 way (4 + 12), Double door

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc.as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

a) 12 way, Double door

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A, 240 V “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing TP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 16/25/32 A, 415 V “C” curve TP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SH : - III (Cable Tray, MV CABLE AND EARTHING)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre-painted M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required.

a) 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre-painted M.S. cable trays bends with perforation not more than 17.5%, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required.

SH : -IV Misc. Works

Dismantling of existing 2 X 40W MOR fittings & redundant electrical wiring & distribution boards, Fire Detectors and cables from the floor in consultation with Engineer-In-Charge etc. from proposed data-centre complete as required.

Transportation of 3.5C X 400 sqmm (Approx 190 mtr) from TE Bldg Kolhapur to TE Bldg MHS Pune i/c transportation, loading, unloading etc complete as required
